Lovely hotel and great food but the jewel in the crown are the guys that work there, so funny, make the holiday.. Check out Ahmed and Mahmoud by the pool for some quality football and local chat.. Just a great holiday.. great great service.. and excellent English..

We have just returned from a lovely 11 night holiday at Coral sea aqua club, from the minute we arrived staff were very welcoming and friendly, rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable, the only downside is the showers, pressure isn’t great and would turn back to the tap if pressure was too low, we did ring reception one evening and somehow they managed to sort it without evening coming to the room as the tap was also just a small trickle that evening! Dining was great, always plenty to choose from and a different theme each evening, our kids loved the pasta station at lunch and tea time, I on the other hand loved the choice of 2 soups every lunch and tea time, delicious food all round. We only tried the American a la carte as the kids wasn’t bothered about the Asian. The pools are amazing, plenty for the kids and adults to do; from the slides to the animation team and their daily activities, I would recommend joining in the pool parties and the foam party at the beach; that was amazing I think the adults enjoyed that more than the kids, our 6 year old enjoyed the kids club the couple of times she joined in (she was busy on the slides most of the time). Big shout out to all the animation team, Youssef, Tegan, Shenai, Youssef & I’m sorry to forget the lady’s name from kids club, you all do an amazing job thank you for helping make our holiday so fabulous. Evening entertainment is a little limited, there is your usual 30 minute mini disco which my little girl loved, a 30 minute dance show after and the a live singer on the lobby terrace (watch out for the mosquito’s). The entertainment team would also take guests out to nightclubs etc, having young children we didn’t take part but the videos look very fun packed. Last but no means at all least the bar staff….just wow, those guys work their bums off and deserve the world, Ahmed at the bottom (slides) pool and lobby bar (evening) and Ahem at the top pool and sports bar, you and the rest of the bar staff are outstanding, thank you for being so attentive and keeping us well hydrated. Great hotel great staff, please if you can afford to tip the staff, you will 100% not regret it.

Amazing place! Hotel nice and clean, food very good, staff extremely helpful. We had lots of fun with the animation team - they’ve been super friendly and lovely people, giving us lots of fun activities for both children and adults! I loved the aqua aerobic, kids enjoyed various competitions (darts, ping pong etc) and evening performances such as kids ggdisco, Egyptian culture performances and live singers. Also they invite you to karaoke in the local Hard Rock Cafe - I love karaoke! Oh and there were pooltt parties too! Definitely worth visiting and value for money.

Just returned from a weeks stay at Coral Sea Aqua Club, very clean and tidy and all staff were very friendly. Our 2 boys absolutely loved the animation team, especially Youssef. They enjoyed all of the activities, pool party, kids club, morning stretches, Halloween party and all of the water games. Thank you for making our holiday memorable 😊 we will be back ☀️

We travelled to this hotel in October for my children's first holiday to eygpt and this hotel was the perfect choice for us. Everybody was so helpful and made our holiday so much better from the barmen, cleaners and the animation team. They work tirelessly day in day out to ensure the guests have a great time, from table tennis, darts, foam partys and pool partys, they made our holiday so much fun! Food was great, so much choice even for my 2 fussy eaters, rooms were kept clean and well stocked with water. We would definitely consider coming to this hotel again!

We had an amazing holiday and definitely booking to stay again next year. Pros: Very clean, staff to guest ratio was very high, the staff are very friendly and bend over backwards to help. They would take the time to chat to you and offer advice. A really good selection of food (we had dietary requirements; celiac gluten free) where the food manager showed us the kitchen, how the food is prepared and would cook our daughter a gluten free option of anything that was on the menu. The entertainment staff (animation team) were amazing. The made us smile every time we interacted with them. Despite only being there a week we were on first name terms by day 2 👋 Youssef. Lots of sun loungers, never had an issue getting one in any of the pools despite not going down till 9.00-10.00. Cons; The mosquitos were out! The hotel staff provided us with repellants for the room which helped and also saw them fumigating the bushes and grass. The mini fridge in the room wasn't cold, cold more like warm. Can't wait to go back, despite visiting and looking at other hotels, Coral Sea Aqua was by far the best for all of the above reasons. 👍

Great 10 night holiday, couldn’t have asked for more, food and drinks were good. Special thanks to youssef and the animation team, and Ahmed at the pool bar who made our holiday extra special , thank you so much x we were a family of 5 in family suite and the room was big and clean , we will be back x

It's a great resort, but I'm gonna start of with the bad stuff. There is so many mosquitoes everywhere. The second you open your door at night you're guaranteed to have at least one fly into your room and disturb you in your sleep. You can also not drink the water out of the tap in your room, or taps, because the water has not been treated as much as it has in my home country. (England) You always have to get bottled water from everywhere, Which isn't much of a biggie, but it's a pain when you're brushing your teeth. There is also nowhere saying what anything does. So I'm gonna tell you. If you hear a high pitched beeping noise, that means the waves in the wave pool are starting. The Big Bucket on the Pirate Ship Empties every one minute. The Flow rider opens twice a day. Once in the morning, and once at 1 pm. The Flumes Close at Lunch The lazy river opens and closes with the flumes. Now I'm gonna say all the good stuff. There are 5 cats that come and sit with you at breakfast and you can feed them stuff like bacon, yogurt and milk. The waiters are very friendly. There is one waiter who can do crazy eyebrow movements and is really funny. There is another waiter who might try and get you to solve a puzzle to make 4 triangles out of 2. You need to make the number 4 and a triangle. There's loads more good stuff out there, but I can't write it all down here.

Nice and friendly hotel. What makes the experience amazing is the animation team especially Shanai and Youssef, you will miss them when you have gone ❤️ The activities around the pool are fun, along with the form party on the beach. We even have a night out with them at Hard Rock. Keep up the great work guys. I will return in the near future.
