"had an amazing stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Sharm El Sheikh. Everything exceeded my expectations! The beach restaurant was fantastic, with great food and a beautiful atmosphere. My room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I was especially impressed by the service — they kindly upgraded my room to a suite, which made my stay even more special. On top of that, they gave me a complimentary late check-out until 4 PM, which I truly appreciated. A special thanks to the guest relations lady who was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. She truly made my experience better. Also, the team at Cala restaurant was outstanding. The manager, the service staff, and especially the service women were all extremely kind, attentive, and professional. Their hospitality was perfect and made every meal enjoyable. Highly recommended! I would definitely come back again."

"I think the biggest plus for this hotel is its affordability. It offers a very standard hotel experience. They give you a wristband to wear all night as your breakfast voucher for the next morning, which I found to be a really inconvenient rule."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A special highlight was the massage by Heiba — it was absolutely amazing! She is incredibly skilled, attentive, and professional. It was one of the best massages we’ve ever had, and she truly made our stay memorable. Huge thanks to her! The only downside was the breakfast. The selection is acceptable and you can find something to eat, but the quality of the products could definitely be improved."

"When we came for dinner on the first night, it was very nice and we were given free freshly squeezed juice. When we came on the second night, we encountered this employee. This employee was very rude. When we came to the restaurant and just sat down, he immediately asked for our room card to print the bill and asked us to sign to confirm the bill. This is very rude. When we asked about the juice, the employee said ”juice and food are charge”. He did not specify that the juice would be charged separately. And the juice we were given was not freshly squeezed. When I asked him about the juice, he said ”I told you” in a very unfriendly and rude tone without a smile. It was an ordering tone. I don't like this. When he asked me to sign to confirm the bill, he kept asking me to write my ”family name”. I wrote my ”family name” in Chinese. Later, he asked me to write it in English in a very fierce way. The whole wonderful trip of the hotel was ruined by him. Very angry. Originally, we had three days of itinerary in Sharm. But we will not choose this hotel again."

"Location in the center of naama bay. Close to all the cafes and restaurants. Beautiful hotel lobby. All the staff were very accommodating and polite. On the first morning of our stay we were given. Complimentary Drinks, snacks, and fruit. Which was brought to our room, along with a private invite to have dinner in the restaurant. We had a very pleasant staff."

"good Service but please change the Food I only eat 2x Breakfast, 2x Lunch and 3x Dinner in 5 Days absolut worst Food ever in my hole LiFe hated IT it's so bad Quality the Rest IS Okay only nearly No Internet and some bedbugs bites but Food IS so bad :-( the people working there all good Energy so I am a bit sad but have to say the truth"

"This is an unpretentious five-star hotel. Overall, everything is fine. The excellent beach and the huge variety of fish in the house reef really make up for any minor flaws. If I were to mention them: the waiters are overwhelmed, dirty dishes pile up on tables, and the tables themselves are sticky. We booked a deluxe room with a pool view but were given a room overlooking the constantly humming kitchen. Regarding the food: it's all good, varied, edible, and often tasty. In my opinion, this is a budget five-star hotel, although I don't quite understand the pricing. Similar class hotels in Fujairah (Rotana) and Alanya (the former Dinler) were better and cheaper during comparable seasons. But the sea truly makes up for everything!"

"Amazing hotel! It's located on a beautiful, clean, and lively street. By day, it glows with white, and by night, with lights. There are many cozy cafes and shops around, and the beach is just a stone's throw away. The room is spacious and comfortable, with beautiful zoning and high ceilings. I was especially charmed by the nearly floor-to-ceiling windows. The bed is comfy, and the linens are pleasant. The room is quiet and cool. It feels like living in a stone house in Greece. Outside, the facades are white, and the multi-level grounds are interesting, even featuring a waterfall. I'm absolutely thrilled with the breakfast and dinners. They are truly top-notch! Very hearty! And they take place in a very stylish bus cafe with chess tables. Pure delight! The staff is responsive and friendly! The Sunday party was also wow! Beautiful music! And the location itself feels like a mini-city within Sharm – somehow special, vibrant, bright, and festive. There are a couple of minor downsides, but nothing critical. The Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby, and even there it was weak; there was no signal in the room. Outside, it was mediocre. Stories and reels could take 20 minutes to load. In the shower, water leaks from under the dividing plinth, and I sometimes had to clean up that puddle in the bathroom in several attempts."

"I've stayed at an all-inclusive resort before, and the rooms, food, and pool were all great. The receptionist called me a taxi, the service was friendly, and no tips were required. It was a wonderful hotel."
