Very rude staff. It was very obvious that the staff was bothered that we were there at their location. This is the furthest thing from welcoming that I have experienced. I had to move to another location after being rudely told I had to move my car (the whole parking lot was open) not sure why it mattered what spot I chose from a completely empty lot.

It was a very nice stay and she helped me tv work fine, WiFi worked fine, bathroom was nice and clean. She gave me directions to form my place to the hotel. She is very helpful and nice to get lost directions thanks to her. It's a safe place to stay , within walking distance of restaurants, fast-food , Mall

I went in tried to get a room for two days, I gave her my Amex card and ID she looked at my card suspiciously then told me to go out cause she has no rooms, she didn't give me any explanation and just got out, I believe it is racism I was talking to a friend of mine in our language (Hebrew), she kept looking at us weird then left without saying anything, at the beginning she said she has rooms until she saw my not local name on my ID, she is not even local herself but okay. just don't waste your time going on there

will not allow you to come in on your cell phone but will not answer the phone when call for details. when they finally make any contact with you, then they act like they don't comprehend English. just close the business down if you are going to pick and choose who you do business with. you have the most disgusting attitude from a human being I have ever seen. you belong in the wilderness were you don't interact with other human beings...you need a class on customer service and human interaction.

When in town I stop here and they remember my name . Rooms are clean and the WiFi is reliable. I am a quiet person … The place has been renovated . Nothing here to activate allergies. Excellent location. Have tried other motels in the area. This is the best. No need to drive for a quick meal or Starbucks. Plenty of food choices nearby. Even a nice grocery . Grab a few things and take advantage of the fridge and. Microwave. Eat healthy … Some places the cleaning staff can be rude. Never felt rushed here. Very respectful.

i like place was clean and staff is nice ,enjoy affordable rate choosing the econo lodge hotel in worthington oh. we are ideally located off of interstate 270 near many are points of interest , which include the columbus zoo and aquarium ,the ohio state university.. etc

Was disappointing looking at the attitude of the receptionist. I requested to stay at 1 st floor as my luggage was heavy but she said they dont have queen on 1st floor. I asked to show where in second floor she is giving and where is the parking she rudely said the parking is not there on second floor. :( i dont know what attitude the receptionist had. It was just like a family run rude motel owner receptionist upgraded to econolodge. The continental breakfast is served as mentioned in booking but when going there she showed me the sign of notice not even speaking a word and wend away in her home or inside office showing her attitude the same lady working since last 14 hours. Just trying to save some bucks in lieu of covid.
