Really nice hotel for the price, the area is a bit dodgy but the staff was very helpful, near the city centre and train station so it's pretty convenient and there's a tram stop just 2 mins away. Overall pretty good

It wasn’t a peaceful night! Someone was shouting for ages and no one came to see what’s going on!!! I wanted to call to reception but the room’s phone didn’t work!

The service is good but the cleanliness is not good. We found the hair on the mattress. And the window could not close.

The overall experience is very good. The hotel is located in the city center, within walking distance of Sheffield's main attractions and shopping centers, with convenient transportation. There are also many restaurants and bars nearby, which is suitable for travelers who like to experience city life. The room is clean and simply decorated. Although it is not very big, it is well laid out and comfortable. It is very close to the station and you can go to Darcy Manor.

On the first morning of check-in, we started filling bottles downstairs at 6:00 am. It took two hours and I couldn't sleep at all. There were many other problems, but none of them were cruel.

A very good chain store, very close to the train station and the pedestrian street, convenient for travel. The front desk service attitude is very good and trustworthy.

Transit room reserved for international students. Overall it feels very convenient and safe. Just need to buy a toothbrush. The hotel is more than 20 minutes walk from the school Allen Court. There is a large supermarket downstairs to buy daily necessities. I stayed here for 9 days and everything went well! There is no extra charge for two hours early check-in, thank you very much!

Originally booked for two nights, thanks to Ctrip for helping to refund the next night, there is no hot water, the sewer drains very slowly, it is a standard red ibis room, the room is small, and the table is still large. Stayed one night and left because there was no hot water. The hotel is close to the railway, so it was noisy at night, but the air conditioner didn't work, so it was very hot without opening the window. The hotel staff is ok, there is luggage storage service, but the hardware is really bad.
