Everything is wonderful: territory of forest, beach with no one else around, big balcony with excellent sea and mountains view, comfortable bed with many soft pillows, bathroom and separate bath, chill zone, dining zone, good wifi everywhere. But the best of all it is water zone: inside aquapark with sea water, aquarium, spa zone, inside tropic forest and swimming pool with warm water starting inside and continuing out to the beach and pier.

Great hotel!! Everything is great!!! Had a great time!! There are purely recommendations from personal travels from other places (a 5* hotel should have toothbrushes, razors, a comb, a washcloth; there were 3 of us and there was none of this)

Our stay was marred by the hotels lack of support in a case of harassment towards my little cousin. During a football matches, two grown men harassed and yelled at him. On of them was atleast 70, and attempted to physically assault my little cousin, only stopped by his wife holding him back. The man got up again and even raised his hand at my cousin( surely after a few drinks), and again, only stopped due to his wife. My cousin apologised several times, but was so traumatised after the incident, that he vomitted and refused to leave his room. We immediately reported the incident to the front desk,but they appeared indifferent and did not take any steps to address the situation. Infact, at the time of the incident, the drunk men were not even removed from the hotel restaurant, despite the entire restaurant staff and other guests being witness to the incident. They claimed to “look into the situation “ but no follow up was provided. This lack of support made my cousin feel extremely unsafe, and we are disgusted by the lack of concern and professionalism given to such a serious issue like harassment, to a child, over a football match.

Amazing stay at this hotel and is so far the best hotel that I stayed this year They have an impressive lobby entrance with a giant aquarium full of fishes such as sharks and other huge fishes There is available many restaurants which I recommend the traditional Geogian one with a lovely and tasty menu They have a infinite swimming pool going to the see and an indoor pool The staff are very friendly The rooms are huge and full of luxury There I a bar in the top of the hotel with an super and expressive view I recommend this hotel to all P.S. it is not expensive comparing to other places in Europe

We had three rooms out of which two were for six nights so we got quite a comprehensive experience of what the resort has to offer during spring. This hotel’s greatest asset are its highly attentive, helpful and professional employees, from the receptionists, cleaning staff members and restaurant workers. Five out of five stars without hesitation. We had room upgrades and when I ran out of coffee the cleaning lady brought me more capsules, and even a baby crib for our youngest child. Seemingly tiny things that make a lasting impression of how the staff members try to make everything in the power so that the guests feel at home. The devil is in the details, the coffee capsules are the best from Italy, Ili, and the soaps Molton Brown. The rooms are excellent, silent and the quality of mattresses great, we had wonderful rest here. The superb mattresses are on another level, well on par with Radisson in Tbilisi. The bathrooms are very tastefully designed and practical, well done interior designer! The breakfast is simply world class, superb. Never tasted such a great omelette anywhere, the coffee is great, juice selection excellent, tasty bread and wonderful variety for anything one might want. The gym is excellent and think most wanna be athletes or athletes will all the equipment here they will ever need. Aquapark is a lot of fun with the kids and we spent countless hours there. The pools are wonderful and the lifeguards clearly alert. Kids (and us adults too) loved the aquarium. There is always room for improvement in every business so here are in my humble opinion the main ones. The main drawback is the restaurant during dinner. The porridge for the kids is great, the salads, soups and burgers not so much. The wines are over priced. We tried many of the foods and they don’t offer a great variety of choice nor value so after having had food here for a few evenings we decided to eat out at Kobuleti and Batumi. My children are aged 4 and 2 and they know how to behave, always polite and not loud. They love jacuzzis and saunas (they are from Finland after all) but could not use the jacuzzi due to their age even under their parents’ supervision. Pity. Overall 4.5 stars, and perhaps one day even 5 stars if the restaurants can up their game for dinners. Hats off to all the hard working employees of this wonderful resort!

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have seen, and I have seen many. Super modern, with beautiful rooms overlooking the sea, it has a great 115 m pool and a wonderful aquarium. The only disappointing point is its Pool Restaurant, or rather the service there. The waiters are obviously not trained at all and do not know such basic things as that cocktails should be served before the meal and not with the main course, and that a spoon should come with the soupe. Most of them hardly speak any English and some are simply rude, like Zeini - a bad image for the country known for its hospitality! The nicest waiters we met were Giorgi in Dialogues restaurant and Nana on the 7th floor.

A hidden gem. Great hotel, food, water slides. Pool was amazing. The location was great. The staff from the point of entry to the restuarant, and throughout the hotel was excellent. Cinemas was a great addition. You have rope park, zip line, tennis court, table tennis, football court also

The best part of this hotel is the local staff. In Georgia, where customer service is not that developed, the team here is exceptionally good. Five stars to its entire staff and management.

History of my stay: From the moment I arrived at the hotel I was impressed by the friendly and professional team of staff. I felt like I was in a place where every guest was truly valued. I was given a room with a breathtaking sea view and it was truly magnificent. Waking up and falling asleep to the sounds of the waves and with an amazing view of the endless sea was simply magical. Room: Spacious, cozy and clean room with modern design and comfortable furniture. The sea view added a touch of romance to my stay. Breakfast: Your breakfast is a real treat! Large selection of food and drinks, from fresh fruit to excellent coffee. I enjoyed a varied and delicious breakfast every morning. Indoor pool with water park: This was one of my favorite places. Here I spent hours swimming in the pool and enjoying the water park attractions. This is a great holiday destination for both families and individual travelers. Tips for future travelers: Book a sea view room in advance - it's worth every penny. Don't miss the opportunity to visit the water park in the morning, when it is not so crowded. Explore local restaurants in the area - there are incredibly delicious local dishes. Visit local attractions such as the Batumi Botanical Garden and architectural monuments. Don't forget to take photos of the sunrise and sunset from your room - they are simply mesmerizing. Try to book a room with full board so you can enjoy excellent meals every day. Explore the spa for complete relaxation and wellness. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the hotel staff for their hard work and hospitality. Your professionalism and care for your guests made my holiday truly unforgettable. I look forward to returning to your wonderful hotel.
