The hotel was wonderful. Very clean. Staff Is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast Menu is delicious. My only complaint is their tv system does not have NBC. I missed seeing the opening ceremonies for the Olympics. If TV is not important or let’s say NBC then it’s a wonderful place.

Tristian Johnson was great!! He provided exceptional customer service, being polite, prompt, and professional. He also took great care in handling the vehicle, ensuring it was parked safely and returned without any damage. He was also very efficient, quickly parking and retrieving the vehicle, minimizing wait times for the me.

For the price, I would recommend the Peabody for better accommodations, experience, and service. The staff here are not very welcoming. No one was rude just felt as though we were interrupting them by checking in. No smiles, no greeting. The valet guys were better than the front desk staff by far. The bathroom only had extremely hot water, too hot to shower which was really odd. We had to run a bath and let the water cool down to get clean. It was late and we didn’t feel a complaint of any kind would be tolerated by the staff so we just suffered through it. The refrigerator was also broken. We felt the stay matched the depressed state of Memphis. A city we used to love has now been put on our never visit again list.

The front court yard had alot of trash out in front where you pull in, we were charged for food and drinks we didnt get. There is no parking unless you pay $29 a day but when booking our hotel we added the food and parking option for $15 which never stated per day. At 11:20 we asked housekeeping for towels to shower but she refused to give us towels and our room keys were deactivated by 11:30 so we couldnt get back into our room yet when we asked housekeeping to let us in she stated no i have no idea if that is your room or not even though we were knocking on the door and had our key in our hand. I will say that Louis refunded the extra charges Also the data charge when logging into Wifi, apparently there is some type of charge for extra data speed. When buying a drink at the market remember there is a separate tax on top of the $3.25 charge for a 20 ox soda

Great stay! Awesome place! Receptionists were friendly and valet was awesome! Eric was very helpful! We have never been to Memphis before and couldn’t have asked for a better time. We will definitely have to come back and visit again! Thanks for the hospitality!

I have stayed here several times over the years for work for weeks at a time and I'm always pleased with my stay. The front desk staff are always plesamy and professional, housekeeping is always accessible and accommodating to anything I need in my room. David from valet is especially helpful with my bags, directions and weather updates and he even still pulls my car up even though it's 5 feet away and I ask him to keep it close to the door. I can't say enough amazing things about this hotel!

Elevator broken actually got stuck inside for 10 minutes. Room service awful. Did a half service job cleaning. Disnt leave clean towels or cups or wipe down anything. Staff was nice area very unsecured door unlocked non guests coming in and using facility. Actual lady of the night in elevator looking for her client.

We stayed for a few day as a long weekend. The hotel is in a great location walking distance to Beale Street, the convention center& the Fed Ex Forum. Great service by all the staff and Billy in Valet is the best!
