The employees have been very polite and helpful. We have been here 2 weeks and we just extended our stay for another 2 weeks! We are homeless at the moment and they have been very understanding .

Arrived on time to be told with attitude your sight over booked and they had nothing available. There for we had to scramble pay almost triple to be father away from the funeral we were to attend. No apology no way get to credit Guess I’ll file paperwork.

It had a kitchenette, but i had to go down to the front desk and borrow, pots, pants, plates , utensils etc. everything. there was nothing in the room. The room smelled like smoke even after they cleaned it 2x, the top of the frig was dirty, had crumbs and hair on top, TV remote was broken, there was no breakfast in the morning, the property was terrible looking, trash all over, there was a screen from on of the rooms on the ground, one of the light fixtures was broken and had capped live wires exposed outside. There was always an employees beat up car parked by the front door most days. I will never stay there again. Oh i was told that I would not get a refund if i checked out early because i booked it via *******, the next day I checked out and they gave me a credit with no questions.

Customer service was very accommodating and friendly. Rooms were very clean. I enjoyed my stay!

Halls and grounds are filthy. Pictures online portray much larger rooms than actually there

Just for stay its not bad. Should have zero expectations on Breakfast while staying here.

Situated up on a hill away from highway and noise is minimal. Exit off the Rte 8 highway is directly across from the hotel, making it very convenient. There is no restaurant on site, but there are many within about a mile and two grocery stores. Also stores are on this road (Bridgeport Ave). Front desk is very responsive to questions and needs.

Was a okay stay besides ppl in the stairwell laying on the floor, bad odor in halls.

Room was clean. Check-in fast and efficient. Service staff friendly. Only negative surprise was “breakfast” - mini-muffins, granola bars, and instant coffee.

The trash from the previous residents hadn’t been emptied, lightbulbs didn’t work, the shower curtain was missing and the toiletries were minimal. Constant noise, even in the middle of the night, and obnoxious cooking food odors in the hallway.
