Thanks to the duty manager Alina for her service. She was very enthusiastic and proactive in solving problems. She also arranged a large room for us when we brought our children. It was a great experience. The room was large and clean. It was great all day.

I had a wonderful stay here overall. Right next to the subway, riverside, and night/morning market. Comes with a bar if you want to wind down for a drink. Spacious and comfortable bed. Lots of luggage space. Big shower booths. However, tissue paper is not provided in the bathroom. If this is to save operating cost, I would perhaps suggest adding it to the room charge. Travelers likely would not mind. Surely it doesn’t cost much to get it from the vending machine located elsewhere in the building, it is a big inconvenience to have to carry a roll of paper with you on every visit to the bathroom. Because you do forget at times… and the resulting running back and forth to/from your room.

This time I went to Shenyang mainly to watch Zhou Shen's concert, and I chose this All Seasons Hotel, which is close to the subway and attractions. The location of the hotel is really good, the subway station is less than a two-minute walk away. The surrounding attractions are also very concentrated, which is especially suitable for stopping by. The Shenyang Forbidden City is nearby. I walked a few hundred meters along the road to get there. It was very convenient and saved a lot of time. The appearance of the hotel stood out to me. It has a strong Chinese architectural style. When the lights are turned on at night, the golden roof is particularly conspicuous, giving people a unique atmosphere next to the ancient city gate. This environment is particularly suitable for the historical atmosphere of Shenyang's old town and gave me a special travel experience. The room is still the simple and elegant style of the All Seasons Hotel, clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. The room is medium in size and well designed, so it doesn't feel crowded. The bed was of moderate softness and firmness, and I slept very well at night. Another thing worth mentioning is the lighting design of the room. The warm lights make the whole room very warm. After returning from the concert, it is really comfortable to rest here. The service is also very good. The front desk and room service staff are very friendly. Check-in and check-out are very efficient and fast, saving a lot of time. The whole check-in experience was very smooth. Overall, I think this stay was well worth the money. If I come to Shenyang again in the future, or have friends who plan to watch a show or travel, I will definitely recommend this hotel.

The overall environment is very good, and the fragrance in the lobby smells very good. The room is spacious and clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the mattress and pillow are particularly comfortable. The lounge on the first floor has mineral water, freshly ground coffee, tea and drinks for drinking, which are free for guests staying in the hotel. There is a laundry room and gym on the 24th floor, and there are dryers and ironing machines in the laundry room, which is very convenient. The hotel has a superior geographical location, Zhongjie, the Forbidden City, the Marshal's Mansion, the West Tower, and the September 18th Museum are not far away, and the transportation is also very convenient, close to the subway entrance. The hotel has free parking, and you can go to the front desk to get a parking ticket. The staff are relatively professional and enthusiastic. Xiao Fang, the front desk service, is enthusiastic and proactive, thoughtful and meticulous, and patiently helps to answer various questions. The service is in place throughout the process, and the attitude is also super good. In short, it is a very good stay experience! I will continue to stay in the future.

The room was nice however overall this hotel was below our expectations in a few ways, given the price paid. 1) The check in process took 15 minutes and was quite frustrating with repeated questions. We are foreigners (but speak Chinese), so our passports had to be registered, however the steps could have all been done by taking a photo of our passport rather than us standing there after a long journey. It would also be better if they could have just asked us to sit down to wait, or told us approximately how long this process would take. 2) There are only two slow lifts servicing the entire building, with the amenities and reception floor on level 26, which is on a separate floor to all of the guest rooms. During peak times we waited a long time for lifts. 3) There are not enough laundry machines (only 2 washers and dryers) and we had to wait every time. 4) The gym is too basic. No weights, mats or aircon. 5) the daily housekeeping is not comprehensive. We were out of tissue paper for 4 out of the 5 days we stayed, and the rubbish was not always cleared.

The location is good. It is at the intersection of Beishuncheng Road and Chaoyang Street. It is also very close to Zhongjie Subway Station. There is a fast food restaurant called ”Fan Xiaoyin” across the road. It is quite good. If you are too lazy to walk far, there is a fast food restaurant. You can have three meals a day here. This budget hotel seems to be newly opened. The staff are very enthusiastic and upgraded the room. The room is not large, but has all the basic facilities, as well as a ”Xiaodu” artificial intelligence assistant. However, the decoration of the bathroom is really not flattering. The tiles in the shower room were not laid properly, were uneven and had large gaps, and the tape on one side of the washbasin fell off. Also, there was a water pipe exposed by the window of the room, which felt a bit strange. Maybe this is a new store and there is room for improvement.

The room is spacious, the air is fresh, there is no odor, the bedding is very clean, the pillows are made of memory foam, and there are two standard queen beds. It is great to have a rest with children. The top floor is on the 29th floor. It has good light and a wide view. The location is quiet in the middle of the city. You can rest well. There are two independent rooms. Adults and children can relax and feel comfortable at home. It is not far from various attractions and shopping malls in the city. The starting price is around. If it's far away, the subway entrance is downstairs. For food, there is Pizza Hut and Rice Village Bibimbap downstairs. This is highly recommended, especially if you are bringing children. It is clean, hygienic and tastes great. The price is affordable. There are also snack streets and shopping malls nearby, which is very convenient. The service attitude is very good and very enthusiastic.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The level of service provided by the staff was impeccable, and the attention to detail in terms of cleanliness was commendable. While the room price included breakfast for two, we were unable to avail of this offer due to our fasting during Ramadan. However, we definitely plan to take advantage of it next time. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, surrounded by numerous shops, and is a convenient 30-minute drive from the city center. The accommodation itself was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. One minor suggestion for improvement would be to address the issue of doors banging early in the morning when the cleaning staff enters the rooms. It startled us a few times until we got accustomed to it. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The location of the hotel is easy to find. It is right on the edge of the Pu River. You can see the Pu River from the room. The scenery is very beautiful this season. The hotel facilities are very new. The whole house is equipped with smart devices. The surround sound effect is great. I lay on the bed. Not to mention how comfortable it is to watch the projected movie. I will choose this place next time I go on a business trip. The breakfast is quite rich. There is an independent air conditioner in the room, which works well. The room is warm within a few minutes of turning it on. You need to swipe your card in the elevator, the front desk service is very good, and the robot delivers things quickly
