I booked the hotel two months ago. I thought the hotel would arrange a good room for me if I booked it so early. Unexpectedly, I was assigned to a corner room at the very back. But the room is relatively bright, with two windows and good sunlight. This is also my type. However, this hotel's room cleaning time is too late, I suggest you make some corrections. The weather in Shenyang was relatively cold for two days, and I wanted to go back to the hotel to take a rest at three or four in the afternoon. Because it was too cold outside, but the room was still not cleaned when I went back at four o'clock in the afternoon, I could only lie down on the sofa in the hall and rest for a while. I didn’t take a photo of the room at first. The photo I took of the room was on the morning of my last day in Shenyang. I finally couldn’t help but ask my aunt if she could tidy up the room for me as soon as possible. I might come back early in the afternoon and wanted to rest early. Auntie agreed and cleaned my room early in the afternoon. Otherwise, the room would not be in this state at this sunny time. Anyway, I hope it can be improved. The service enthusiasm of the front desk staff also needs to be improved. Every time he saw me, he didn't take the initiative to say hello. He greeted me with a smile, which was a bit cold. Hope to get some training. Everything else is very good: hotel location, store environment, room sound insulation, and robot service are all top-notch! wish you better

The room was nice however overall this hotel was below our expectations in a few ways, given the price paid. 1) The check in process took 15 minutes and was quite frustrating with repeated questions. We are foreigners (but speak Chinese), so our passports had to be registered, however the steps could have all been done by taking a photo of our passport rather than us standing there after a long journey. It would also be better if they could have just asked us to sit down to wait, or told us approximately how long this process would take. 2) There are only two slow lifts servicing the entire building, with the amenities and reception floor on level 26, which is on a separate floor to all of the guest rooms. During peak times we waited a long time for lifts. 3) There are not enough laundry machines (only 2 washers and dryers) and we had to wait every time. 4) The gym is too basic. No weights, mats or aircon. 5) the daily housekeeping is not comprehensive. We were out of tissue paper for 4 out of the 5 days we stayed, and the rubbish was not always cleared.

Check-in is very convenient, the host will explain it in detail; because the room is full and I need to change rooms, the host also helps transfer the luggage, thumbs up; the location is in the business district, with the subway downstairs. The facilities are complete and it is not noisy when sleeping. The surrounding area is also relatively convenient, and breakfast and lunch are convenient. The sanitary condition is good and you can feel at ease when staying here.

The gym laundry room has everything, and the room is relatively large. The newly opened store is cleaner, which is much better than the old store. There are many gourmet restaurants around, which are very good. There are many attractions in the surrounding area, so it is convenient to go shopping. It's 5 minutes away from the subway station, perfect for transportation.

location - conveniently located at qingniandajie cross subway station if your preferred mode of transportation is subway.  for me, i prefer this location as its not so crowded as compared to zhongjie.  i can easily take their didi taxi if i prefer to commute using taxi if i dont wish to walk from subway to hotel, though its only a few min walk.  sometimes after a long day, u just prefer to take taxi which is rather inexpensive as compare to other cities.   cleanliness - no doubt on the room cleanliness.  the aunties did a very good job in making sure the room is clean and towels replaced with new ones when we are back in hotel.   service - good service from receiptist when asked questions on places to go.  one thing i like abt china hotel is they will allow u delivering your taobao stuff to their hotel and they will safekeep for u.  check in is also swift n professional. facilities - i didnt really use much of their facilities but i impressed of their drink bar (cosy place to wait for our taxi), washing machine area (they said they stertised daily), gym (looks decent with equipment).  one thing to share, the hotel smell so good.  not sure which prefume they use (good if they can let me know. haha) this is definitely a hotel i will stay again if im back to shenyang again.

The room is spacious, the air is fresh, there is no odor, the bedding is very clean, the pillows are made of memory foam, and there are two standard queen beds. It is great to have a rest with children. The top floor is on the 29th floor. It has good light and a wide view. The location is quiet in the middle of the city. You can rest well. There are two independent rooms. Adults and children can relax and feel comfortable at home. It is not far from various attractions and shopping malls in the city. The starting price is around. If it's far away, the subway entrance is downstairs. For food, there is Pizza Hut and Rice Village Bibimbap downstairs. This is highly recommended, especially if you are bringing children. It is clean, hygienic and tastes great. The price is affordable. There are also snack streets and shopping malls nearby, which is very convenient. The service attitude is very good and very enthusiastic.

Mu'an Hotel is across the street from Shenyang North Railway Station. Pay attention to the landmark building Qianqian Building. The location is easy to find. There are many snacks nearby, and I recommend Li Liangui’s bacon flatbread and cold noodles. The room is a good size and the hand towels and bath towels are single use. The subway station is just downstairs, and it is very convenient to go to Shenyang Museum, Zhongjie, Shenyang Forbidden City, and Marshal's Mansion.

The hotel is very clean and tidy, exceeding expectations. I personally have very high requirements for hygiene, and this hotel is one of the few that meets my requirements. The boss is also nice, perfect trip ~ I will stay at your place next time😃

The reception service at the front desk was very good! My child left homework outside, and because the printing company was closed, the receptionist helped print the child's test paper! Thank you for the warm hospitality!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The level of service provided by the staff was impeccable, and the attention to detail in terms of cleanliness was commendable. While the room price included breakfast for two, we were unable to avail of this offer due to our fasting during Ramadan. However, we definitely plan to take advantage of it next time. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, surrounded by numerous shops, and is a convenient 30-minute drive from the city center. The accommodation itself was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. One minor suggestion for improvement would be to address the issue of doors banging early in the morning when the cleaning staff enters the rooms. It startled us a few times until we got accustomed to it. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
