4星級房間大，位置好停車方便，而且還有泡澡的地方真的很不錯，酒店還有太平洋咖啡，樓下就是羅森買東西也很方便

實事求是來講，作為一個有歷史的酒店，這裏的硬件設施肯定不能和最近兩年新成立的酒店相提並論，但房間裝修，前台服務都非常不錯，樓下有停車場，周圍地鐵，公交，吃喝，購物都是極致的便利！

酒店給人感覺很安全，所有樓層是刷卡才能到達，什麼樓層的卡衹能到達相應樓層，並且不允許外賣進入酒店。
硬件，可能因為酒店有點年頭，空間很大，傢俱什麼有些破損。
服務總體有待提升，住了6天好幾天多沒有把水等物料補上，衹是把垃圾倒了，晚上回來衞生間還是有積水沒有弄乾。

整體不錯，和商場相連，交通購物也方便，就是設施比較陳舊，畢竟好多年了～再就是電梯不是特別順暢，其他樓層除了主客貌似還有公司～

前台服務太差了，房間床單都是臟的，床單上枕頭上都有污漬，跟前台反應前台説實在不行就給你換床單，有外賣也不讓送到樓上，讓自己去取還不是前台特別遠放快遞的地方，真的是太不滿意了，從來沒住過這麼差的酒店，服務態度也非常不友好。
