Atour Hotel (Shenyang Middle Street Rose)

I've always had a soft spot for Atour hotels, and this one's location and service were great. However, the value for money wasn't the best. On the first day, I found a bug under the kettle. For a '雅致房' (Elegant Room) costing nearly 500, there was no fridge, and the bathroom was so tiny you had to turn sideways to close the door. Plus, there was a large LED billboard next door that got really noisy at regular intervals every day. On the plus side, the location is convenient.

Clean and tidy, with warm and attentive staff. The location is excellent, right by a subway entrance, and the room offers a panoramic view of the Forbidden City!

The hotel environment is clean and refreshing, and the room hygiene is meticulously maintained. The front desk service is warm and polite. It's very close to the Forbidden City and Zhang Xueliang's Former Residence. The Zhongjie subway station is right outside the hotel, making transportation very convenient. My stay was very comfortable and I would definitely come back.

The location is great, right on Middle Street, and the C exit of the subway station is right outside. This hotel only has a few rooms with refrigerators, which isn't typical for other Atour hotels, so be sure to check when booking. If you need something refrigerated but your room doesn't have a fridge, you can leave it at the front desk. The service attitude is good.

The location is super convenient! Zhongjie Street and Metro Line 1 are right downstairs, and it's really close to the Shenyang Imperial Palace – you can even see it from the room~

I can say it was incredibly comfortable. I'd heard about Atour's comfy bedding for a while, and finally got to try it out this time 👀. The mattress and pillows are really good. There are two types of pillows, and I prefer the flatter one. I even saw them for sale in the lobby for several hundred yuan each – when I move, I definitely need to get one for home 😂. There's plenty of space for one person, and the shower and toilet are separate and clean. The curtains are also very blackout. Staying at Atour after traveling through Mongolia was truly a comfortable experience!

The front desk staff were super friendly and upgraded our room for free, and they were also very attentive to the kids. The bedding was comfortable, and the room was well-stocked with all the essentials. Breakfast was comprehensive, and the service overall was excellent.

Great location, right inside Middle Street with a view of the Shenyang Imperial Palace. Very convenient transportation, with direct access from Metro Exit C. The service was excellent; the staff were very helpful in coordinating a cool room with good air conditioning.

The front desk staff, Hua Qi, provided excellent service! The location is great, very close to the Forbidden City.
