Every time I go to Shenyang, I stay at Atour Hotel. The rooms are modern and brightly decorated, the service is attentive, and the hotel is clean and tidy. Especially this time, I took my children to a family room. After checking out, I didn’t find any of my children’s clothes left behind. Let’s talk about the good points first: the floor is very high, the scenery outside is good, the room facilities are slightly better than those in ordinary business hotels, and the environmental hygiene is okay. Secondly, let’s talk about the bad points. First of all, the service is not good. Given the price in Shenyang, it is very confusing that a hotel with a size of several hundred does not have a concierge. Moreover, when I asked the front desk if there was no concierge, the front desk directly replied, " "Yes, no" seemed to be a matter of course, leaving people speechless, and he didn't offer to help with the luggage at all. Secondly, it rained heavily in Shenyang the next day. I asked the front desk in advance if I could borrow an umbrella, and got a positive answer. Then when I went downstairs to borrow an umbrella, the front desk gave me a very small transparent plastic umbrella. This is Do you mean "umbrellas that can be borrowed"? At my request, the front desk looked for it again, and this time they got a normal umbrella, which was very speechless. Third, I called in the room to ask for some towels and clothes hangers, but I waited for more than ten minutes and no one came. I was anxious to take a shower and go out, so I called and asked again, and this time I waited another five or six minutes. It only took a few minutes to bring a few hangers, and I forgot about the towels. After I mentioned it to the staff, I waited for a while to get the towels. It took more than 20 minutes from the first time I called to the time I got everything. This time is yours. Two or three rounds of the hotel should be enough, right? I have no idea what the staff is doing. Finally, the shower head only has an ordinary hand-held shower head, and there is no overhead shower head. It is unexpected that the shower facilities in a hotel hundreds of years old in Shenyang are so simple. To sum up, the hardware facilities are not very good, but the service and other software aspects are very poor. Why was the service item given one and a half stars? It was purely because the front desk finally found me a normal umbrella. Otherwise your service will only be half a star at best.

It was an absolute perfect experience. First of all, the room is very simple and looks very comfortable. The details and hygiene are also good. For example, the mineral water in the room is from Baisui Mountain. They pay great attention to details, and the bedding is very comfortable, including slippers, toothbrushes and other disposable items. After my last stay, I immediately bought two pillows of the same style. I personally think they are more comfortable than the ones that cost more than $1,000. Moreover, the location of this hotel can be said to be very good. Whether you are traveling for business or personal travel, or applying for a visa, it is very suitable. The surrounding area is simply a food city, and the business district is also very convenient. There are many shopping malls and restaurants of various grades, and the location is absolutely perfect💯. It's a hotel worth trying. The scenery from the high floors is also good. The front desk is on the 30th floor, which is more convenient. Although the floors are high, the elevators are generally not crowded and are very fast.

The hotel is very high so the view is great. The facilities in the room are a bit old. The breakfast is mediocre and some children staying in the hotel sneezed next to the food without covering their mouths. I hope the hotel can strengthen supervision. The weather in Shenyang is relatively dry. It would be better if humidification equipment could be added to the house.

I stayed at Atour for the first time 5 years ago, and the impact was not very good. This time, Atour in Shenyang changed my bad impression of it. The location is very convenient for traveling, in the old city, but not as crowded and noisy as Zhongjie. And the hotel is located high in the sky, with a wide view. Except for the sound of the air conditioner when sleeping at night (it is probably not the inverter air conditioner, the startup sound is a bit loud), the surroundings are quiet. You can enjoy the sunrise and sunset, and the decoration style is simple and elegant. The millet self-service millet porridge for breakfast and late at night is particularly delicious. The service attitude is very friendly, and any feedback on problems is solved in a timely manner.
