Traveled for a business appointment to Shenyang. Staff is very nice and super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately nobody speaks English, but this was no problem for me. All hotel areas including the room are very clean and very modern. Very nice Sadly the staff at the breakfast room didn't fill the coffee maschine with milk, so the cappuccino wasn't very satisfying. They blamed the "broken" maschine but actually only no milk was added. All in all it was a very good stay, even i had this small issue, i will definetly come back if I come to shenyang again!

This hotel is in a good location, accompanied by a welcoming staff that truly adds to the experience. Our room was clean and well-maintained, equipped with all the essential amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrushes, fresh towels, slippers, and complimentary bottled water. What truly made our stay unique was the innovative room service! A robot delivered our food, an intriguing and fascinating experience that added an extra touch of modernity and excitement to our visit.

My second stay here. The first stay was fine, this time it was horrible. Booked a room for 12 days, not even once that they vacuumed the floor. Carpet is super dirty. Strong cigarette smell coming through the heater’s vent almost everyday and night. I coughed so much that my chest hurt and I had troubles breathing, so I had to check out early. Apparently they protect the indoor smokers in this hotel. I guess they won’t care until they are shown some medical bills. The “non-smoking room” sign is just for decoration. No fines, nothing. Will never come back again. Terrible stay. No, scratch that, it was disgusting.

The location was good, about 10 minutes walk from QingNianGongYuan metro station. All staff I met here were friendly and warm, and provided the service I asked for. The room was spacious and clean, with smart toilet bowl. The king-sized bed was super comfy. Breakfast was of good quality. Free, self-service laundry was of great convenience to travellers. They also provided free ice-cream and souvenirs.

After several comparisons, I chose Atour, and it turned out to be very correct. Shenyang is currently the city where I have seen the most Atour. This Atour is 600 meters walk from the subway station, and it only takes a few minutes to get there. It is very convenient. The most important thing is that it is a single-family building. You don't have to compete with people in other hotels, apartments or office buildings for elevators. It is safer and more private. Although the building faces the street, this road is not considered a main road, so it is not noisy. Behind the building is a residential area with a very concentrated number of restaurants, not big restaurants, but down-to-earth home-style restaurants. I like it very much. Let’s talk about the room. First of all, thank you for upgrading the room to Jimu room type. Secondly, thank you for meeting my humidifier requirement. The dry weather in the north is driving me crazy, so I finally had a good night's sleep with a humidifier. Thirdly, I also appreciate the demand for late check-out. Because the train time is very awkward, so after I asked for a paid late check-out, considering my actual situation, I was given a free late check-out, which was quite considerate and understanding. In short, as an Atour fan, this Atour is the best one so far. When the hardware difference is not big, software is the core barrier that is most difficult to surpass! See you next time in Shenyang! The location is easy to find. Atour is as comfortable and clean as always. The tea is delicious.

If the service can be given 10 points, I will definitely give it 10 points. I drove from Beijing to Shenyang during the May Day holiday. I left my car at the hotel and took a taxi to go to various attractions. It is not far from the Color TV Tower Night Market and is very close. When I checked in, the beautiful and handsome guy the day before yesterday was super enthusiastic and gave me two boxes of fruit. It was so thoughtful to inform that all the food on the first floor is free. What surprised me the most was that a breakfast express hotel could have such a meal. My son said it was a conscientious businessman, even though it was better than the star-rated hotels we stayed in. We just stayed one night in a transit station, but the hotel gave us a pretty good impression from all aspects. A hotel in Dandong we went to later was really incomparable. Shenyang is really a very welcoming city and we will go there again in the future.
