房間設施齊全且使用起來都很方便，不清楚的問老闆都能耐心解答，衞生方面乾淨、整潔房間採光很好，讓人住得特別舒服。出行方便，樓下就是地鐵站，無論是遊玩還是辦事都順暢。

一進房間，每一處佈置都恰到好處，就像回到家一樣自在。而且房間的視野超讚👍，前後都沒有遮擋，無論是遠處的風景還是近處的街景都能盡收眼底。
這裏必須要誇誇房東小姐姐，人真的超級熱情。在住宿期間，不管遇到什麼問題，她總能第一時間幫忙解決，讓我們沒有一點後顧之憂。

酒店的位置還是不錯的，來瀋陽這麼多，回頭一次住這個區域，樓下就是地鐵2號線，去哪兒都很方便。這次還去了大帥府。房間內乾淨整潔。房東也很熱情，有什麼不清楚的問他，他都會及時回覆。而且性價比很高。。你樓下有業主食堂。超市。停車也很方便，有停車場。。退房的時候，因為還有一些別的事情要處理。行李就暫時放在店裡，跟老跟房東溝通後，老闆也爽快答應。。體驗感還是挺不錯的。

公寓的位置不錯，就在地鐵口旁邊兒。出來就是。來之前跟房主溝通過。預留了想要的房型。連着住了三天，體驗感不錯，房主還特意給了3天的一次性用品。續住打掃，衹要跟房主説一聲兒就行。不像其他的民宿不愛給收拾。停車也方便，地鐵口兒旁邊兒就是停車場。衞生乾淨，設施齊全。推薦入住

來瀋陽辦事兒，朋友推薦這家民宿，位置很好，從瀋陽北站坐地鐵2號線可以直達公寓樓下。全程自主入住。房東很熱情，有任何問題。都能及時回覆。衞生乾淨。佈置的也很温馨。頭一次住這種帶投影的房間。感覺不錯。大家可以來體驗一下。周邊美食也很多。。順便還去了一下清河半島，體驗了一下東北的洗浴文化。真大呀，真好。從公寓到那兒也就10分鐘。。而且這個地方兒性價比很高。環境設施齊全。比市內的民宿新。而且價位低。之前都是在室內找，環境不好不説，而且還貴，以後就住這兒了
