The room was nice however overall this hotel was below our expectations in a few ways, given the price paid. 1) The check in process took 15 minutes and was quite frustrating with repeated questions. We are foreigners (but speak Chinese), so our passports had to be registered, however the steps could have all been done by taking a photo of our passport rather than us standing there after a long journey. It would also be better if they could have just asked us to sit down to wait, or told us approximately how long this process would take. 2) There are only two slow lifts servicing the entire building, with the amenities and reception floor on level 26, which is on a separate floor to all of the guest rooms. During peak times we waited a long time for lifts. 3) There are not enough laundry machines (only 2 washers and dryers) and we had to wait every time. 4) The gym is too basic. No weights, mats or aircon. 5) the daily housekeeping is not comprehensive. We were out of tissue paper for 4 out of the 5 days we stayed, and the rubbish was not always cleared.

The gym laundry room has everything, and the room is relatively large. The newly opened store is cleaner, which is much better than the old store. There are many gourmet restaurants around, which are very good. There are many attractions in the surrounding area, so it is convenient to go shopping. It's 5 minutes away from the subway station, perfect for transportation.

This is really a newly opened treasure hotel, very close to the city square, the middle street is also very close, convenient transportation, convenient parking, there is a hotel dedicated parking lot, the service is warm and thoughtful, there is laundry service, robot service, really good! Shenyang will come here later!

Booked this hotel for one day but the experience was so good that I booked this same hotel for one more day. Even the breakfast was so good that I booked again. It was so tasty. Even vegetarians can give it a try. One of the best budget friendly hotel in shenyang.

Very convenient with direct access subway from airport. Eateries are limited around the hotel. Walk 200m toward the TV tower & u may find some. I stayed in a midsize suite for a night & on my return 2 nights, they upgraded to the biggest suite. The mid sized suite face the TV tower which the largest suite they give me face a construction site which run 24hrs. Light sleeper do take note. Mattress is softer & more comfortable in the big suite. Toilet bowl for the midsize suite are in a separated room away from bathroom. Breakfast not worth mentioning but the staff are polite. I would rate this as a good basic business hotel. Not the luxurious type u are looking for. Very good price tho.. The main downside for me would be the renovation smells that linger strongly in part of corridor & room. There is a pungent plastic burning smell that bothers me. Secondly, the aircon blower was shut in winter period. I susposed to save cost. Only a small air vent above the window. The air is still & stuffy in the room. I had to left the main door ajar to get some breeze in the room. Pictures are the 80meter square room. Last 4pics are the midsize suite. Prices in chinese dy website are way cheaper.

Great room , free upgrade, clean environment, peaceful, friendly front desk and I will always return ! Easy on the pocket and budget friendly! AI bot delivers meals to my door - comfort and easy and very close walking distance to the train station! Overall grey place stay close to lots of eating places and the bus station is just in front of the hotel

Really super satisfied, great stay experience Service: From the moment I entered the hotel and checked in, I felt the enthusiasm of the hotel service. From the front desk to the restaurant to the room service, they were all professional, warm and thoughtful, and they were patient and detailed when answering questions. Environment: Not to mention the environment, the hotel lobby is very artistically designed, and the scenery outside the window at night is also good. The restaurant is on the 22nd floor, where you can soak in the morning sunshine while having breakfast. There is also a very large and very convenient parking lot for parking, and you can go directly to the shopping mall without leaving the hotel gate. If you don’t want to drive, the subway station is also very close. All in all, it was a very satisfying stay experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The level of service provided by the staff was impeccable, and the attention to detail in terms of cleanliness was commendable. While the room price included breakfast for two, we were unable to avail of this offer due to our fasting during Ramadan. However, we definitely plan to take advantage of it next time. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, surrounded by numerous shops, and is a convenient 30-minute drive from the city center. The accommodation itself was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. One minor suggestion for improvement would be to address the issue of doors banging early in the morning when the cleaning staff enters the rooms. It startled us a few times until we got accustomed to it. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The room is very nice and clean (the video was taken when I was about to check out, and the quilt on the bed was very neat!), the area is lively but not noisy, and the room has many sockets, which is very friendly to business travelers. I can't watch TV but I can cast the screen, and the network is also very good. It's really comfortable to stay here. (ps. The lady at the front desk is super gentle~)
