Super convenient location. no matter travelling is for business or personal. This convenience includes traffic and eating. This caused my time and money efficiency. The facilities are better than what I expected. The breakfast is really enjoyable. The staff is friendly. But the room still got a little smoky smells. This should be improved.

I went to Hong Kong for a trip and stayed in Shenzhen for one night. The location is very convenient. It is just around the corner after exiting Exit E of Guomao Subway Station. It is easy to find on the street. There are many restaurants downstairs so you don’t have to worry about eating. The hotel room is large and the price-performance ratio is very high! It is worth mentioning that I left some things in the hotel refrigerator. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic to help me find and put them away. Thank you very much!

Excellent service! Enjoyed Chinese and western breakfast buffet and tv channels, well equipped gym, covered pool, excellent location across the street from Dongmen Pedestrian Street. Pool requires swimming cap or can buy for $30rmb. Connected rooms perfect for families. Both rooms had separate showers and bath tubs, only the smaller room had jets in the tub. Very kind service for children, they offered children’s bathrobes, slippers, and toothbrush sets. Stay included breakfast buffet for 4, and $200 rmb vouchers for Fortune Restaurant, but must use $100 each day, cannot combine. Just decrease the hotel booking $200 instead of vouchers. Everything perfect except the Fortune Restaurant, which was very slow compared to the service in the rest of the hotel. Would stay again and highly recommended.

Old hotel with new room, nice location, walking distance to the mall and to the train station. The room is nice and clean (only if you get the new room, because some of my friend stay in the old room and said, it was very old.

Value for money. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful specially the girl named (Xiaojiang) who is very nice and guided the locations and routes . Overall experience is very nice and I would stay in this hotel again.

- Big rooms, including separate living/sleeping areas. - Close to tourist attractions. - Friendly service. - Downside is the lack of smoking restrictions in common areas (within hotel) and impolite behaviour of certain guests such as leaving room doors open, exposing unsightly personal activities.
