剛開業的時候跟朋友來住過一次，體驗挺不錯的，所以這次國慶節就帶家人一起來大梅沙玩一下又住一次。酒店很漂亮，一進門前台小姐姐就非常熱情的服務我們，然後管家帶我們介紹房間，吹風機是戴森的，也體驗了一下貴婦吹風機，真的風力好足啊！！我頭髮算是非常多的了也好快就幹了，種草種草！沐浴露是祖馬瓏的，味道也很香，小冰箱裏的東西都是免費的，有可樂雪碧和堅果，隨口説了下是來過爸爸過生日的，管家就還給我們免費升級了房型，房間帶浴缸和投影儀，我們自己剪輯了視頻投屏，給爸爸一個小小的驚喜，一家人都非常開心，感覺酒店後期可以考慮一下提供生日裝飾服務。 浴缸泡澡很舒服，第一次看到有酒店提供搓澡巾，太貼心了，作為一個愛搓澡的北方人，真的好開心有酒店注意到了這個細節。 房間裏有天貓精靈智能遙控空調和燈光開關，對於我爸這種懶得下床關燈和開關空調的人真的是太友好了，一頓猛誇。 第一次入住的時候泳池還沒開放，這一次來開放了，傍晚坐在躺椅上吹着風很舒服了！！！如果有點小酒更好了，有看到旁邊有酒吧但是好像還沒裝修好，而且可能剛裝修好，泳池這的桌椅還沒專人來負責收拾。 管家説因為剛開業所以給我們送了下午茶，雖然沒有早餐那麼豐盛，但是免費的還要啥自行車啊。三明治和可頌都是小小一份，適合我們這種鳥胃型豬癮的人，逛完沙灘太累了搜了一下附近也沒啥好吃的乾脆就在酒店吃了，一家人點了兩份399的雙人套餐，味道不錯，比我們去外面吃便宜又方便，晚上10點左右還給我們送了貼心的小夜宵，兩份綠豆湯，早餐很豐盛，居然還有腸粉，非常好吃，推薦大家試一試，就是早上非常不巧剛好趕上咖啡機壞了沒喝上咖啡，不過房間裏也有咖啡液，吃完早餐回房間泡了一杯。退房的時候還送了我們伴手禮，太貼心了，這個服務我給一百個贊，大梅沙大大小小的酒店也住過不少，這家簡直是是大梅沙性價比之王！！！很適合跟家人朋友週末來放鬆放鬆，都可以不用出酒店了，入住的時候還看到塗鴉活動剛結束，下次可以再來玩一下，而且離沙灘也很近，步行5分鐘的距離，旁邊有奧特萊斯可以逛，下午帶家人去沙灘走走非常舒服。

The hotel's stunning coastal location was the perfect backdrop for our family vacation. My children's faces lit up as we stepped into the expansive lobby, with its modern decor and welcoming atmosphere. The staff greeted us warmly and promptly escorted us to our spacious and well-appointed room, complete with a breathtaking view of the sea. The real highlight for my family, however, was the hotel's incredible outdoor pool area. My 6-year-old daughter squealed with delight as she ran towards the crystal-clear waters, while my 2-year-old son giggled as I helped him splash around in the shallow end. The pool's size and design allowed my husband and I to relax on the loungers while keeping a close eye on the kids. After working up an appetite, we made our way to the hotel's diverse dining options. The buffet restaurant offered an impressive array of international cuisines, catering perfectly to the varying tastes of our family. My daughter particularly enjoyed the extensive dessert selection, while my son happily devoured the child-friendly dishes. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our family's comfort and satisfaction. From the friendly front desk to the attentive wait staff, everyone seemed genuinely invested in making our vacation as memorable as possible. As we reluctantly packed our bags to head home, my children were already pleading to return to the Sheraton Dameisha Resort. This family-friendly oasis provided us with the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment, allowing us to create cherished memories that will last a lifetime. I highly recommend this hotel to any parents seeking a rejuvenating getaway with their little ones.

Basically everything is generally good nothing special, only the sound insulation is relatively poor, basically as long as there is someone passing by in the corridor or someone speaking at a normal volume will be heard, sleep quality is relatively poor friends to pay attention to it. The small floor bathtub in the room is very well designed. The large floor-to-ceiling glass windows look out at the dusk of Yantian Port. It is so beautiful. However, because of the seaside walk outside, people outside the street can see the room clearly and cannot take a bath at the same time. , while admiring the scenery outside the window. The air conditioning in the room is independently adjustable, and the public space is also very cool, which is great in the hot summer! The bed is also very comfortable, and the staff is friendly. The location is very good, right on the seafood street. but, The 100-inch giant screen is the TV projector in the room, placed on a very flimsy small table... If you want to watch free TV, you still need to explore by yourself... And because the projector needs to dissipate heat, the cooling fan is It seems very noisy late at night. There is no formal wardrobe, only a small hanging rack. Small coats, T-shirts and other clothes cannot be hung separately... There is also very little space for luggage, and the backpack has to be placed on the desk (that should be the original place). tea tasting area). Speaking of the tea drinking area... there is a small refrigerator and an electric kettle in the room, but there are no tea bags/coffee bags... With a room price of more than $700, it is a bit unreasonable not to provide these small things to guests. . .. Those non-disposable rubber slippers, the shoe cages are a bit gray and black, they need to be cleaned carefully! The bathroom is OK...it's starting to look old. The front door of the hotel was very dark, I almost thought it was closed... Apart from the room, there are no other facilities... It's really not worth the price.

They pulled the WeChat group for route guidance and reception when they checked in. After arriving at the location, the staff came to the door to pick us up for check-in. This is by far the best hotel we've stayed at. We had a sea-veiw twin room. The staff are so friendly and welcoming❤️❤️❤️. The bed was super comfortable... the room was clean. We also had a bathtub which awsome. They also gave us free gift☺️☺️☺ There are so many seafood restaurants nearby. and a beautiful scenery of the sea in front of the hotel. We're definitely coming back again. Thank you!

We had an old friends' get together Mid August at this brand new resort hotel. MGM indeed gave us some awesome surprises upon check in. Manager Bonnie is super professional offering very helpful information for our stay. Check in was smooth n efficient. The hotel is rather remote yet close. (Subway within walking distance.) One drawback is that nearby recreational facilities are still under construction. Having said that, yet , the private beach n restaurants together with activities inside the Hotel are well n good enough to keep us busy. Low floors offer excellent beach n sea views. Don't miss the evening MGM show at 7:45pm. Great for families n young children. Chinese restaurant has delicious n sumptuous meals at reasonable prices. Italian restaurant has fresh salad n tasty pizzas. We had such a memorable 2 days one night vacation there. Big salute n Thank you all the MGM staffs in Shenzhen.

Great relaxing place to chill and unwind. Love the fact is do quiet and peaceful, but if you don’t have your own car to commute there, it might be a bit more tricky to get there, especially at night. Over all, lovely service and great breakfast and very comfortable room!

Customer service was excellent and prompt! Had some cleanliness issues but the hotel immediately resolved them. Hotel is a little hard to find - note that it’s not located inside the mall and the entrance is on the sides of the mall - but once we got settled, it was fairly easy to make our way back. Great service, and love the interior of the room!

Hotel is clean enough, staffs are friendly, breakfast options are good for price. Location... it is in the middle of a residential district with minimal business around. I was there in the university district. The taxi ride is about 15 RMB. Because of sudden change of schedule, I asked at the counter if I could extend the stay (which was a Monday, not a busy time). Of course they said, and booked me on the spot. Later I realized the price to book at the counter from an existing customer is 30% more than from Trip. com. Lesson learnt!
