The hotel is in convenience location with excellent counter and room service. The draw back is other online app offered 50% off for this booking, while Trip.com insisted not to reduce the price of this booking.

The rooms are very good, but the pillows are a bit hard. When the check-out time came, I was not in the hotel. I called the front desk to help with storage. The service at the front desk was very good. Tea was provided when you rested in the lobby. The last thing is when checking in, the processing time is longer. Slow, you can pay attention. You can remind guests half an hour in advance of the check-out time. It will make them feel better (a small suggestion). Overall, the check-in experience is very good.

We felt so comfortable from the minute we entered into the reception where Jenny and her team in reception. Jenny stood very supportive and well communicative for our every enquiries and needs regarding stay, food and extended her full help with smiling face Without hesitant she came forward to every help She is very professional, friendly and speaks good English too. The room is tidy, the floor is relatively quiet, and the waiters are friendly. We wanted to get an extra room card, and they took the initiative to assist us. Thank you. There is KK Mall nearby, which is convenient for shopping and dining. There are restaurants and supermarkets... etc. The facilities nearby this hotel are quite ideal.

Very excellent hotel with friendly staff Mr Luo Ming who check in for us and explained good details of the surrounding of the area for site visit. Besides, they give us a late check out at 2pm so that we could arrange our day afterwards. Definitely come back again for our next visit.

Excellent service! Enjoyed Chinese and western breakfast buffet and tv channels, well equipped gym, covered pool, excellent location across the street from Dongmen Pedestrian Street. Pool requires swimming cap or can buy for $30rmb. Connected rooms perfect for families. Both rooms had separate showers and bath tubs, only the smaller room had jets in the tub. Very kind service for children, they offered children’s bathrobes, slippers, and toothbrush sets. Stay included breakfast buffet for 4, and $200 rmb vouchers for Fortune Restaurant, but must use $100 each day, cannot combine. Just decrease the hotel booking $200 instead of vouchers. Everything perfect except the Fortune Restaurant, which was very slow compared to the service in the rest of the hotel. Would stay again and highly recommended.

Great hotel for families. Swimming pools are nice and well maintained. Kids activities as well. Staff is listening and breakfast was comprehensive. Will stay again!

Everything was good. It was very easy to get around cuz metro and bus station was in front of the hotel. So the location was perfect. Cleaning lady was also very nice she cleaned rooms everyday. Service was good they helped me a lot.
