Starbucks coffee and mcd is right below the hotel. For night activity, you can rest a bike to stroll around (bikes park right infront of mcd and Starbucks)

I recently booked a stay in Shenzhen through trip.com and was thoroughly impressed with my choice. The hotel’s location is exceptional, situated conveniently near all the major scenic spots. Not only was the establishment impeccably clean, but the management at the reception deserves special mention for their positive attitude and cooperative nature. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Rest assured, on my next trip to Shenzhen, this will be my preferred place to stay.

The room facilities are good, and there is a desk for working, which is very convenient. The room is also intelligently controlled, and the small belly can be controlled directly. It is very smart and clean. The Jintai service is very good, and it also helped me delay. I am really grateful when I couldn't make it back in time for check-out.

The ladies at the front desk are all beautiful, elegant, cute and generous. The store manager is also very cute. The Futian Hotel is clean and first-class, with six-star reviews. The surrounding environment is beautiful and comfortable. The hotel rooms are fully equipped, luxurious, comfortable, spacious and clean. The hotel has a laundry and drying room. There is a machine, free fitness equipment, and a restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is very convenient. The guy who helped me park the car was so handsome that I asked him to use WeChat. The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated, the front desk staff is very enthusiastic and nice, there is a warm afternoon tea at the front desk🍵 and cute kittens🐱 The room is very clean and tidy, the bed is big and soft, there is a gym on the 4th floor, a laundry room and a leisure area where you can chat with friends. It is very close to the subway and convenient for travel. It is very close to Hong Kong🇭🇰, Window of the World, and Splendid China. The breakfast is very rich. The main recommendation is a bowl of noodles, which is delicious. The local specialty noodles🍜 There are many green plants nearby, which are easy to take pictures. There are snacks and convenience stores nearby. It is very convenient to buy something. Recommended to stay! PS: Compared with the surrounding prices, the cost performance is the highest

From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The ambiance is cozy and spotlessly clean, creating a relaxing atmosphere. This is my second trip to Shenzhen in the past 20 years, and my friend (who I call Gege) has recommended this hotel. My flight was late at night; the receptionist barely understands English, but they love to help. My room was on the 4th floor. It was a mini single room type, but it has every facility I need. The room is clean—not that new, but more spacious than I thought. The only thing they don't provide here in this room type is a refrigerator. But it is fine with me. The breakfast is lovely. I tried everything except the congee because I didn't know how to order it. Oh, but you need to ask for the ”zhāo cháng quán” at the reception counter if you book the room that includes breakfast. It will serve from 7.30 a.m. until around 10 a.m.   I love the location of this hotel so much. It is located on the beautiful boulevard and just a few minutes away from OCT Loft, the art square. Lawson is just around the corner, as is the pharmacy, as well as some local restaurants. The Qiaocheng East Metro station is about 7 minutes away, but walking along the boulevard makes it feel like 3 minutes to me. The housekeepers are nice. Actually, everyone at the hotel is. I mentioned the housekeeper because she cleans my room every day, and that's what I need from coming back to travel for a whole day, but I feel that it was extra clean as she changed my towel and put in new, clean amenities for me every day. I tried to communicate with her on my third day and showed her my appreciation for her work. On my last day of staying at this hotel, I left a note on the bed, written in my bad handwriting in Chinese. I hope she will find it. The receptionist on that day also helped me call a taxi when my phone application was not working.   I love everything in this hotel. The price is reasonable. I won't say cheap. You get what you pay for, and for me, I got a little more than I expected. I'll be back once every year and will definitely book this hotel again.   If you are a solo traveler and looking for a lovely hotel in a nice location, not as busy in the city, and love the arts and a bit of strolling on the greenery boulevard, then H'Life Hotel (OCT Loft) or Huali Hotel is what you need. And booking with Trip.com is my best choice. My flight was cancelled once when the typhoon hit Shenzhen early this month. I had to cancel at the last minute, but I booked it with the free cancellation option. So, all was well. I got the refund later and then booked it again in the next 2 weeks. So please keep your good quality and maintain this standard, and then I will come back and recommend people come here too. See you again next year!

We came with our 20-month old toddler for a staycation during the long weekend. We upgraded to the club room and the service and amenities were worth it. Even though it rained on both days, there were plenty to do at the hotel. All three of us had a nice soak in the large bathtub in our room when it rained hard outside. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was huge and comfortable. The hotel was very thoughtful to have even left a child-size slippers, children dental kits, and a toddler mattress in the room. When it wasn't raining, our boy really enjoyed himself at the beach, indoor pool (and hot tub), and the waterpark, and so did we. There was also a huge outdoor playground by Joy Kids that featured several activity hubs like climbs and slides, foam construction blocks, and a merry-go-round ride. The breakfast at Mercado had a great spread that included cold cuts and cheeses, great coffees, freshly squeeze juices, and delightful pastries. We had nice simple afternoon teas and a more lavish evening cocktails at the club, but you should arrive earlier in the evenings to enjoy the full spread. Ms Jennifer was attentive and helpful when we were there and also helped us with a pleasant check-out. We highly recommend this place for families with young children.

It was my first time staying here after returning from abroad. My first impression was that the surrounding environment was good and the greenery was very pleasant to look at. It was next to Qiaochengfang and I could get there in two steps by going downstairs. It was very convenient. I could drink coffee and enjoy afternoon tea time. The food was also very convenient. As for the apartment, the front desk was on the 31st floor. I could make a small suggestion to set up signboards on the first floor. It was really hard to find for the first-time guests. Secondly, the front desk staff Lilian was warm and enthusiastic, patiently introduced the surrounding facilities and the room furnishings, etc. She was very careful and deserved special praise. The room she arranged also had a very good orientation, and I could see the sunset. I would like to thank her very much. It was a perfect experience for my first stay. I will choose you again when I come to Shenzhen in the future.

Everything was good. It was very easy to get around cuz metro and bus station was in front of the hotel. So the location was perfect. Cleaning lady was also very nice she cleaned rooms everyday. Service was good they helped me a lot.
