The facilities are relatively new (because they are newly opened). On the first night, we had to hire helpers to fix the TV connection. However, we decided to continue renting the room on the second night. There was a problem with the TV connection in the room on the second night. I couldn't see the cartoons that the children wanted to watch. I messed with it for more than half an hour. I asked the hotel staff several times to help me (it took only one person), but it was not good. The children were unhappy and had no cartoons to watch (because I had to cancel the checkout on the second day). We decided to stay one more night after we checked in, so we turned to the second room on the left). The location was easy to find, but there were a few stairs on the ground. The bed was okay. Although there were some stains, we brought a set of mattresses. It's no problem to lay it on. It's good for the price of a hotel. The bath water is hot enough. The breakfast is edible and tastes good. The only drawback is that the toilet is a bit thin and the entrance is narrow. There is nothing to lock the toilet door to the wall and it often bounces a little. Therefore, I have to use a trash can to separate the opposite door. Because I have to help the children bathe and come in and out, I don’t need to close the toilet door. The hotel is still more suitable for business purposes.

The location is great with a park, malls, and eating places nearby. However, the affordable hotel price attracts some guests who truly lack of manner. If you are traveling with family members, it maybe best to avoid this hotel since it gets VERY NOISY especially late at night. We had guests next door talking very loudly and slamming door repeatedly around 2am. It didn’t stop until one of guests came out and yelled at those people. Hotel staff was non existent at that late hour and they couldn’t even do anything to deal with that kind of guests.

The room is not big, but the hygiene and environment are good. Breakfast is KFC (soy milk or coffee + small burger). However, the service of the waiter needs to be improved. On the first night, I called the waiter and asked if there was a microwave and whether milk was sold downstairs. The waiter said that there was no such thing. However, the next morning the waiter told other customers that there was a microwave and heated food for them. The costa menu at the service desk also says that there is milk... I hope that individual waiters can provide customers with services that are more in line with objective facts.

Overall, I recommend giving some suggestions. I hope it can be improved. The breakfast remains the same. I stayed for ten days and the breakfast was the same every day. The staff started cleaning the empty plates on the table before finishing the meal. Can't we clean them together after we finished? The paper for blowing your nose was thrown on the floor. Because I thought it was unsightly and hygienic to put a nose mask on the table during the meal. Then the staff picked it up and put it on the table and told me not to throw it on the ground. I was also shocked and didn’t know if it was her problem or mine. It just felt weird. I hope it can be improved. After all, it’s Hanting 3.5. Before 2.5, I don’t think it matters.
