Honestly, their service is really more than 5-star hotels!!! I was able to check into my room at 11 am plus all the upgrades and extra fruits. All the ladies at the front desk were super helpful and even helped me call and pay for one of my taxis. Their spacious rooms are spotless and tidy. On top of all these, their laundry service is way beyond my imagination. All you have to do is put your dirty clothes in the washer; they will dry, fold, and pack them for you. I am so grateful that I found this hotel. Their breakfast was delicious for many Chinese, but their Western breakfast can improve a bit ( add cheese and smoked salmon) of course this is not a 5-star hotel so it really is not a big deal.
I will certainly go back, we might opt out of breakfast as my kids prefer Western food only. but their Chinese breakfast is nice.
I want to leave all the front desk ladies and men 10 Stars—very good staff training and management.

excellent reception services, the reception staff are very helpful, good gesture and very considerated. The room is new , clean n spacious with all the neccessary items we needed.,definitely will book this hotel again if we visit SZ Nan Shan area.

This is definitely my favorite hotel in Shenzhen! I We have stayed in a few Orange hotels and this time we chose a higher end line and it definitely made a huge difference. Customer service was amazing, the room was massive with great amenities from filtered coffee to fresh fruits. I also liked how the bathroom had a physical wall which is very seldom these days!

Price is decent including breakfast when i stayed. The Hotel is new, very clean. Reception is very help. Breakfast has quite some selection and quality is good. Will stay this hotel again next time.

Very modern and efficient, so modern that robots patrol the corridors. Friendly and efficient service. Comfortable bed and shower.
