I had to change my first roomat 'GREEM' hotel because it hadn't been cleaned properly. I found a fake nail on the floor and the dishes were not washed. The staff did help me where they could. The rooms I saw were spacious enough for 1 person but the showerems were a strange layout with water going all over the floor. There are no hooks or shelves/wardrobe space to put your things properly. Furthermore, the bright light on the room mirror cannot be turned off. Finally, the TV app has only Chinese channels and the apps require you to pay for everything you want to watch. The metro station is about 10 min walk. There is a Lawsons convenience shop opposite and some local food placea nearby.

This hotel is near metro station, around 1km walking distance. The front desk staffs are friendly and nice. We stay for 3 nights and upgraded the room for 2 nights. Is valuable for money.

When I learned about the delay, I canceled the reservation at 11 p.m. The hotel quickly agreed. It is not as bad as other hotels. The hotel is located on the main road, so you don't have to go to the village in the city. The surrounding environment is very good, not as dirty as the village in the city

The hotel is a little dirty, not like a new one, and the room is very small, the smart home is not smart, the light command does not work. The car can't drive into the lobby, it was raining heavily when I went there, and I got soaked when I got out of the car.

The price is really good and the central area of ​​Nanshan is very good, the cost performance is very high, clean and comfortable

The giant screen movie room is the theme of the hotel, and all movies above 95 cannot be watched! The smart system in the room is broken, and the so-called manager told me that it was a free upgrade, but it was actually my real money!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in Shenzhen. First of all, the front store staff performed very poorly and were completely unprofessional. The check-in process took a very long time. Then the room environment is very bad. First of all, the room is extremely small. When the bathroom door is opened, it will directly hit the bed. There is no dry and wet separation in the laundry room. Even the toilet paper will be soaked after taking a shower, not to mention how embarrassing it is when going to the toilet. The decoration in the room was also very sloppy, the sink was at the end of the bed, exposed wires could be seen everywhere, the chairs were broken, and the cleaning was not in place. Totally negative review!

This hotel is very suitable for family travel. The room design and structure are very popular. I look forward to staying here next time.
