房間大，衞生間乾濕分離，走着就可到大梅沙海邊25分鐘，地下停車場大免費。

房間很乾凈，這是第二次來深圳了，兩次都住的這家，老闆人也很熱情。來深圳玩強烈推薦這裏。這次來的天氣很好，晚上去海邊走走，然後舒舒服服睡一覺，早上可以在陽台吹吹風，很舒服。

十分感謝老闆給我免費升級了海景套房，真的是超值！公寓離大梅沙很近，步行五分鐘左右就可以抵達。午後室外比較曬，可以坐在陽台上吹吹風喝喝茶看看景，十分愜意。打掃房間的阿姨也很熱情。總之這次小住兩天，感覺性價比很高。

免費升級成了海景套房，屋內就可以看海😊房間乾淨寬敞，離大梅沙沙灘很近。近公交站、地鐵站，出行方便。

房間超級大，可以看到大梅沙的海景，我們到的比較晚，都凌晨一點了，比較對不起老闆的是因為我們車牌號留錯了進不去地下停車場，衹好把老闆吵醒更改車牌號（手滑黨太坑了）。房間設施齊全、該有的都有，進屋是密碼鎖，一客一換比較安全

房間寬敞明亮，乾淨，海景房，陽台眺望遠方，海景盡收眼底。老闆服務熱情。屋外離大梅沙公園較近，出遊方便。周圍吃飯方便，免費停車，性價比很高。

淡季來的，價格很便宜，房間特別乾淨，沒有一點異味，有陽台，看海景，前景都挺方便的，老闆人也很好，好溝通
