Very modern and comfortable hotel in a great location, friendly staff and excellent room and views of the city

Spent 1 night over the weekend here with my wife - it's on the 30th floor of the building so the bay view rooms have a great view of the ocean. The room was very clean and well decorated - it's a new hotel and so the amenities are all very modern. The staff were very attentive and breakfast is delivered to the room which is a nice touch - you get a choice between a Western or Chinese breakfast. The location is perfect if you are wanting to go around Seaworld - it's literally right downstairs from the hotel, and you can walk over to the promenade for a walk along the sea.

On August 8th, I chose to celebrate my husband’s birthday at #南海歌, and it was a great experience! Thank you to the hotel for arranging exquisite birthday decorations for free and thoughtfully upgrading the room. The rooms are spacious and bright, with exquisite and fashionable decoration, and every detail reflects luxury and comfort. Looking out from the window, you can see the sea world and sea view, which is so beautiful. The room is fully equipped with all facilities, very clean and full of style. Unexpectedly, there are high-end speakers in the room. My husband who loves listening to music really appreciates it. The music fills the room with atmosphere, like being in a dreamy mansion. The staff also delivered a birthday cake, which was a surprise. Afternoon tea has a pleasant environment, delicious and exquisite food, and attentive service. The Chinese and Western breakfast on the second day was very rich. Arranged to have breakfast in the room, super comfortable. The whole experience far exceeded expectations, and my husband was very happy. That day, I shared photos and videos on social media, and many friends came to ask. The configuration of the suite is also very large and the cost performance is very high. It is also very convenient to go downstairs to the shopping mall. The scrambled egg mushrooms are delicious. There is also a good smell of bath. It is my favorite smell. Overall a good stay experience.

But I always feel that the room facilities are still a little lacking. The room is large, quiet and clean, the service is good, breakfast is delivered to the room, Chinese and Western food are available, there is free afternoon tea in the afternoon, and a doll for the child is given.
