晚上來的比較晚，1點半到的，手上拿的行李比較多兩個箱子一個背包一個袋子，本來想着喊服務員幫我搬一下到房間，結果一進門保安就睡在凳子上，辦好手續後讓前台喊人幫我送一下行李，前台喊半天保安沒反應，睡得真香呀，我看喊不起來就自己上去吧，結果沒想到這麼遠，走道這麼長，前台服務挺好的，就是保安這樣也不知道安不安全了。

早上8點就被施工的電轉吵醒，就再也沒有睡着，退房時要求負責人給和處理意見，他問我你想怎麼樣？態度惡劣毫無歉意，拒不道歉，而且還報警，説我説話聲音高嚇哭他的員工。那請問我是在什麼情況下説話聲音高？我開始就是嘛？
你作為一個老闆？店長都是很差勁的，是hei社會開的店嗎？所以那麼叼？
作為一個服務行業的負責人第一不是應該代表酒店向客人道歉嗎？還強詞奪理推卸責任説什麼別人裝修你管不了，那我消費住酒店是為了休息，聽你噪音是我倒黴了？這個店體驗極差，小心入住，小心報警把你抓起來。

房間有蟑螂（一衹在櫃子上，一衹從枕頭縫隙爬過沒拍到），前面WiFi用不了，後面換了一個房間可以了，可惜兩個房間的電視都用不了，浴室的水温衹能説是温水的程度，早上還有人點外賣填的我的房間號😓😓，房間隔夜不是很好，走廊説話的聲音略明顯，不過工作人員態度還可以，換房間後整體好多了
