位置不好找，也沒有在地鐵站附近，大概走路要10-15分鐘，或是搭車坐車約五分鐘才到達。 再來是，因為是分層公寓，住戶混雜，公寓的樓面明明是新屋卻常有破損。 實際入內，房況非常差，會讓人驚訝這竟然是2023年才開業的店。一進門想要上廁所就看到地板跟淋浴間都是濕的，都是霉味很重，衛生紙也都只有一點點。 後來反應櫃檯，才換了一間房間，但一樣沒有變好，後來我只好妥協（因為當天晚了，不想再勞頓找飯店了），但不是家具發霉就是都沒擦拭非常髒。就連續住要清掃房間，打掃阿姨也心不甘情不願的，覺得我房內垃圾少床單不髒就只換了被套，垃圾也只收了客廳的垃圾桶，浴室完全沒打掃，垃圾也沒收。後來我反應櫃檯才又回來把床單跟枕套換新（而且我已經續住第二天才請她打掃，第一天續住我沒有要請他們打掃，因為不髒。但是這服務態度直接打破我對飯店的印象。而且他們還打著飯店式公寓的稱號，卻是這樣的服務態度與房間品質！ 請有要考慮入住的旅客慎選！ 照片依序解說：1.地板翹起。2.衛生紙只有一點。3.第一間地板是濕的還發霉。4.毛巾污漬。5.換第二間一樣是發霉跟濕地板。6.窗戶、面板、電視、家具都很髒，都有使用痕跡卻沒擦拭。7.沐浴乳內裏發霉，到底誰敢使用？8-11.我與櫃檯客服的對話紀錄。
