The staffs were really friendly. I sprained my hand and need ice everyday but they were very concerned and also provided hand oil for me to massage my hand to make it feel better. Service was amazing, staff help to deliver food to our room and help us to load our baggage. Also , when our food delivery were missing , they no doubt assisted us throughout. Really recommend this hotel and its location is good too! Lots of food nearby and train station just right outside.

The stay here was amazing! I stayed on the 11th floor, the hotel room was very clean and had all the amenities provided (notably the shower slipper and shampoo were really good!). The room had a high tech system which was very interesting and fun to play with! Location wise is right beside hubei station and walking distance from dongmen pedestrian street. The staff here are very patient and nice as well, they helped explain the taobao locker process to me.

Hotel is dated and was refurbished from an old building even though it is listed 3 years old. Carpet in the hallway have seen better days. Rooms smell a bit musty with an odor of mold. With closer inspection, we actually found some black spots on the wall on our last day. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is close to lively neighborhoods within walking distance.

The hotel is great and with good location which is near metro line 2/8 and 5. Easily find food at the surrounding area via walking distance. Hotel room was clean and spacious and the bed is so comfortable to sleep. Free one coffee per day. Definitely will recommend for travellers stay.

Nice hotel locate in a good position in the city, near a metro station. The staff is young, available and speak English very good. They have a cyber dog that they let us control to understand how it works, very cool! The room itself was very nice, clean, modern and smart, we highly suggest to stay here!
