I think they should rename here to Cybo in Ctrip.com to reduce confusion. It took us awhile to find the location as we were looking for the name on Ctrip.com not Cybo. Other than that, we have no complaints. All was fantastic. Love the laundry offer. The cleaner aunty is super nice although we had our DND sign up. She checked in with us when she saw us and if we needed anything. Check in and checkout was easy. The room is great. We were on the 11th floor. The bed was comfortable..At the end of the trip, the reception was a little pushy about the review. I could not do it then and there because we were rushing for our long distance train. Overall, we are very happy with our stay.

Lost count of how many times i have stayed here. One of my must stay hotel whenever i m in shenzhen luohu area. Great location! Free drink at hotel cafe. All the wonderful staff who are helpful and friendly! Makes me feel like home when i stay here~

Stay for few times already. We usually check in so late, receptionist are nice and gentle. Luckily free us breakfast this time. Breakfast are good too. Definitely will come again so soon.
