Wonderful staff, very clean and all amenities such as laundry, gym are great. The breakfast is yummy, and also give free haagen daz ice cream and afternoon tea. The lobby is on the 10th floor - rooms are spacious and bed very comfortable. Especially thank 小鱼服务很好。

room is clean and comfortable, big bed just nice for adult and two kids. location is convenient to IT shopping, easy to take Didi out too. supper beef noodles is yummy, theres porridge too

We were greeted very nicely at the guest service area. They accommodated us with the toiletries that we needed. The laundry machines there was a plus! It was a very nice atmosphere there.

Generally a good choice for a stay, especially with its convenient location near the Prime Electronics Mall. One thing we noticed was that the hotel seemed to be short on manpower. Despite leaving the room in the morning and returning after 2pm, housekeeping had still not been done. There was also a lack of replenishment for some items on the first day. Things improved much better the following day after we reminded the staff about the missing items. The hotel provides laundry facilities, which is a very convenient add-on for guests. The afternoon tea and late-night snacks were simple but nice, and definitely added value to the stay. Special mention to the lady staff at the eatery, who was patient and friendly despite being overwhelmed and having to handle the cooking and table clearing all by herself. Her service was commendable. However, the counter staff serving the ice cream could improve on customer service. The staff appeared somewhat impatient and lacked enthusiasm when serving guests, which could be improved. Overall, it was still a pleasant and comfortable stay, with some minor areas for improvement.
