Perfect Place Staying in Shenzhen. Good to have this hotel being my 2 Days residence in Silicon Valley Asia... Near KKOne shopping mall.

The location is perfect and close to many eateries shops. Fast check in and love the cleanliness of the hotel. Will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Shenzhen .

New and clean hotel. Spacious room. Breakfast selection was good. Highly recommededed for both tourist & business travellers. The hotel staff are all very friendly & helpful. Special mention to Tan Juan and Fang Fang for making our stay a memorable one.

Everything is perfect. The receptionist provided all the choices to me for upgrading and explain everything clearly. Name of the receptionist is "Jing" and she provided the best service I ever have. Her passion and 24hrs service provided us a more than satisfy experience. I strongly recommend this hotel with 5 star service to everyone.

The hotel is super nice, close to the subway station, spacious and new, and there’s variety of choice in breakfast buffet.

Booked Intercity hotel instead of a chain hotel because of the great rating. Arrived and the outside is impressive with someone to help you with luggage’s. Checking in was a bit difficult as we didn’t speak Mandarin and their knowledge of English wasn’t good but somehow we got there. They made a big effort to try and take our order when we did room service even sending someone up to personally take our order. Nice touches are their service with a smile and always so helpful. The rooms were tastefully decorated Japanese minimal style and we ordered a corner view room but because we were 6th floor there wasn’t much of a view. Only of the highway but it was still nice and bright. Shower and toilet were separated which was quite nice. Only thing was the pillows were a bit high and the air conditioning was a either too hot or too cold. Otherwise everything was great. I would come back again. Front desk lady Hui Ling made a great effort to help us so would definitely return if staying again. In terms of location, there is a KK ONE mall next door but we found that it’s a bit more local than what we would like. So we did day trips a lot. Overall I can’t fault this hotel! It’s a very pleasant stsy.

Good location and variety food to choose nearby. Can go CBD Center within 10 minutes. Good service.

Family trip for our Anniversary. Very nice stay with alot of good services, staff were great and offered to help. Had morning breakfast and afternoon tea buffet, would recommend to go as its also close to KKOne mall and C Future city mall 3-4 mins away.

The hotel entrance was a little hard to find. But the hotel was clean and nice.

The service was great ,小管家was very responsive and got free night time milk,the view was very good and the gym was open 24h theres a KKone shopping centre just 3 minutes walk away i strongly recommend to try it out

This hotel provide 小管家 and 小黎 is our care taker which done beyond what she needed to do as a front line person. This hotel location is accessible to many food stall and importantly the room is clean!
