The hotel is very good, very clean, high technology, and very near many restaurants and bars. The curtains , toilets and lights are very nice and high tech with the delivery robots around. Marshall sound is good. The staffs especially the front desk name Xiao Xu is very helpful and have good service to us. I am very happy with my stay at Ruby Columbus Hotel and would recommend to friends and relatives.

This hotel share lobby area with another hotel. Room is bright, clean and spacious. They also provide free drinks which is a bonus!

upon arriving to Shenzhen, then a taxi ride to the hotel at early morning 05:00. did not expect the hotel receptionist welcome me with such a thoughtful manner. he first helped me with the wi-fi, then pass me the room key and told me to have a shower and a good rest. how helpful & thoughtful he is. Later, I went out for a walk and found out the metro is just few minutes away and streets around with plenty choice of food and restuarants to chose. morning, I enjoy the breakfast with the taste of the local food. A free cocktail is offered in the afternoon. Hotel staffs is always smiles and ready to help. All in all, one receives warm welcome and feel like home away from home. thanks to all staffs who make my stay pleasant. 抵达深圳后，早上 5:00 乘出租车前往酒店。没想到酒店接待员会如此周到地欢迎我。 他首先帮我安装无线网络，然后递给我房间钥匙，并告诉我去洗澡好好休息。他是多么乐于助人、体贴周到。 后来，我出去散步，发现地铁就在几分钟路程之外，周围的街道上有很多可供选择的食物和餐馆。 早上，我享用了当地风味的早餐。下午提供免费鸡尾酒。酒店员工总是面带微笑，随时准备提供帮助。 总之，我受到了热烈的欢迎，有宾至如归的感觉。 感谢所有员工让我住得愉快。

I was positively surprised at the amenities at this hotel. Everything was super clean and high-tech. It's walking distance from SeaWorld. The hotel staff was very accommodating as well. Staff member Xioaxu helped us check out later.

This is wonderful place we ever stay so far in the area , everything is clean , white , and brand new …… front desk service is superb , free upgrade, late check out , even offer breakfast to us. Location is very good also as 10-15 mins walking distance to wet market and surrounded by restaurants , cafe and bars …… best choice for leisure.

Overall is awesome. Love the cocktail at the bar. Value for money.

Great living experience with vintage decorations and atmosphere

Clean, modern and convenient

2nd time here. Really cool hotel. Breakfast on the terrasse, dinner in the lobby bar which is also the check in counter. Relax and friendly service with cool nice music. Really different! Ask the bar manager Donald and the head bartender Jayson to recommend you cocktails. 😁

Small little hotel but very nicely furnished! The rooms are great, hotel staff are average, and the bar prices are ridiculously expensive. Many part time young staff.

2nd stay at this hotel. I still love it. It's a short walk to the MRT station and there are some street eats along the way. The rooms are modern and clean. The whiskey bar is reasonably priced.
