Residencial studios in the corner of EAST square of Shenzhen North Railway Station. After Pulmann hotel, in the Huide Building. Very convenient if you are working in North zone of the city. A little bit far from city center. The reception is at 11 floor.

The owner and hotel staff is so helpful to the guest. She will give tips how to go to the hotel from railway station. The room is big and clean. Hotel is near railway station.

Loved this apartment, good quality room on 26th floor, they upgraded me to a 1 bedroom suite for free :) Shower is great, good toiletries and towels. Better than most hotels I've stayed in China so far. Service was excellent, the receptionist helped me find the hotel. In the morning, you can hear lots of traffic outside, but the location is right beside Shenzhen Bei railway station.

Room floor was dirty and looked like it has not been properly mopped for the longest time. Thankfully they had bedroom slippers. Toilet was small as the place was built to be a micro apartment/studio. Bed was on the harder side so you need to be used to hard bed if you want to stay here. They had a washing machine and cooking area which is a plus for long term stays. Although we were at the 22nd floor, we could still hear the constant honking from the cars below and it was loud enough to be disturb my sleep (I'm usually a heavy sleeper). Wouldn't suggest staying here unless there are no other options around and you need to be next to the train station. Service was good and the reception is on the 11th floor.

Stayed at Kaiyue Apartment (Shenzhen North Railway Station East Square Branch) this time I chose this apartment because the apartment is close to Shenzhen North Railway Station and I have to take the early train to Guilin the next day. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the subway station through the shopping mall to the apartment lobby. Check-in takes less than 3 minutes After a short break, we went to the mall downstairs to have a meal, and then went to the supermarket to replenish our supplies. The room is large enough, with a living room, a small terrace, a refrigerator, a washing machine, and a stove. It is fully equipped. Hope to stay again next time during vacation

Cleaner than I expected and the place is spacious! You need to go to the 11th floor to check in first and then you will be assigned to other floors. The shower head in the bath is weak, but overall I'm satisfied. In addition, if you don’t know how to get to Huide Apartment from Shenzhen North Railway Station, it is recommended to go to Bingo Space on the second floor, cross the main road, turn left and go straight to find this apartment hotel.

Located near North Station, very convenient. But the online reservation is Kaiyue but the house number says Huide. You won't be able to find it unless you ask. It should be a residential building, right? ! The attitude of the lobby and front desk is average. The room was nice and clean. There was no water coming out of the faucet in the cooking area.

Close to the station, convenient and reasonably priced. Plenty of amenities. New furniture is also good. They replaced the broken hair dryer. There are plenty of restaurants in front of the station, including Saizeriya, Sukiya, McDonald's, KFC, Starbucks, Costa, and Naishue.
