Location of hotel is near HuangBeiLing metro Nice lady reception upgraded our room. Nearby there's small malls and shop houses. There's a Walmart nearby with many households items and snacks from Macau, Guangdong etc. Too bad Dongmen Pedestrian street has too many construction so many shops not opened.

The room isn’t clean and we got bitten by bed bug

The hotel is really new with very comfortable beds. Also very generous of the hotel to provide 4 pillows per bed. So we had a great night rest. Water pressure and drainage is great too. No water clogging at all. Our room is meant of 4 but they only gave 2 towels. We stayed for 2 nights but have to ask them nightly for additional towels. Cleanliness can improved. When we checked in, the floor is a bit sticky. And the sink area hasn’t been cleaned with litter around it and cups are also unwashed from previous tenants usage.

second stayed, as great as the first time. Will pick again if go to Shenzhen city. Will definitely recommend to anyone trying to stay in the city!

Because my high-speed rail arrived very early, I went to the hotel before check-in time, but the front desk lady helped me check if there was a vacancy and let me go. When I went there, the aunt had just mopped the floor, and I could still smell the smell of disinfectant, which should have been disinfected! Environment: It is very convenient to take the elevator directly to the fifth floor. There are business districts around. I feel good living here as a girl, and there is nothing unsafe. The sound insulation problem is not known yet, because I didn’t hear any sound when I lived there! Service: Very good! The front desk lady is super nice! And because I have a few express deliveries that I want to send, they can all be stored. Overall, it’s very nice!
