All Seasons Hotel (Shenzhen North Subway Station) Reviews

The first time I stayed at this hotel, it is a super convenient location-literally 7 minutes walk no to the North train station and subway. I didn't even bother with the transfer of the hotel from the subway. The room is small, there is a small window overlooking the well-you can have some fresh air, but there is no view of course. The description of the room indicated that the window is small. Breakfast is 80% of Asian cuisine, but you can make toast with butter. of course, there are no cheeses or ham. But to a huge plus it is necessary to add-there is oat milk-I really like it with coffee. Very fragrant soap and shower gel! It's like aromatherapy! The shampoo is pretty good too, there is no hair conditioner and I didn't even want to wash my hair first, but apparently this shampoo already comes with some kind of hair conditioner my hair looks great! What I want is to be improved: I would like bathrobes in the room, it creates more coziness and comfort, especially after a shower. In general, the score is 4.9-haha, 0.1 points removed for the lack of bathrobes 😜

Good service, ten minutes walking distance to Shenzhen north, nearby has less shopping mall and food option but good if you want to take the bullet train

The hotel looks very nice and has a good location close to the train station (to HongKong) and subway. They use robots, toilet flushes and lights automatically goes on in the night

The room was well arranged with excellent facilities. The house keeping services were top notch. My family enjoyed the array of food selected for breakfast. Laundry facilities ranked top among many others. We left the premises with unforgettable and memorable experiences. We hope to come back sometimes in the near future.

Location not very good. Driver very difficult to find. Season hotel same name theres few in one location. Most Driver will Make mistake. Overall is ok But not very clean. Hair dryer too slow. Rooms are big

Hotel is newly built, the overall interior & location is good. The only aspect that needs improvement is the policies on non smoking room. while I booked a non-smoking room, the previous guest of the room may have smoked in the room leaving a very bad after smell. Would recommend the hotel to improve on this aspect.

Very close to the SZ North Station. My room was cozy and had a small window. I liked the USB outlets on both sides of the bed. I had 7 bottles of complimentary water. The hotel was probably recently renovated.

Ji Hotel in every location is excellent. This is my second time with Ji Hotel, last time was in Singapore...and it didn't disappoint. The hotel room is sparkly clean. Free laundry service is absolutely a plus! Only one note, it would be great that the concierge could speak English and the map would be more accurate. We took at least an hour on first day getting lost at Shenzhen North station exit. It was just massive and google map was useless there. We got hung up by hotel staff simply because he couldn't speak English and made no effort to tell us the directions. For those looking forward to stay at this hotel, pls walk towards McDonald's at the station on third floor, then walk towards bridge. After that go to the ground floor , and just walk straight. You will reach hotel within 5 mins. 🥰

The room was nice except for the loud zooming noise of the airco of the room above us. It was so loud that it wasn't acceptable. We complained about it, but the only solution they had was a free breakfast and earplugs. We didn't sleep well this night. If the hotel fixes their Airco sound demping system then it would be a great hotel, too bad that they probably won't, if you go to the floor of the gym you can see how all the airco's hang on the wall. Most rooms probably won't have any noise, but if you're unlucky, you're surrounded by the airco's of the other rooms.
