I came to Futian with my best friends for the World Cup, and specially booked this large suite. The space was huge, perfect for a group of us to chill and watch the game! I'd been looking forward to it for ages, and I was super satisfied after staying there. Honestly, I'd recommend it to everyone! The value for money is absolutely amazing. The room had everything – a fridge, washing machine, air conditioning, and even a viewing balcony. It really felt like a home away from home. There's also a sky garden on the sixth floor of the apartment building, where you can sit in the evening and enjoy the breeze. You can even see the Ping An Finance Center from the side, so the view is pretty great too. Across the street downstairs is Excellence Center, and a little further on is Huangting Plaza, so you can pretty much find any type of food you're craving. Plus, there's Gangxia Station with Metro Lines 1 and 10, making transportation super convenient. It's also relatively close to Futian High-speed Rail Station and Futian Port, which is handy if you're heading to Hong Kong. Unfortunately, it's been raining every day in Shenzhen recently. I forgot my umbrella when I went out and got drenched, and immediately felt like I was coming down with a cold. I ordered some medicine and filled in the address the front desk gave me, but after waiting for over half an hour, it still hadn't arrived, even though my phone showed it had been delivered. I called the delivery driver to ask where it had been sent, and they'd delivered it to the wrong building! They refused to come back and get it for me, and even hung up on me, which made me furious. I asked the front desk for help finding my medicine, and when they heard I had a cold, they brought me a cup of hot water for my medicine. They even thoughtfully brought me an umbrella, reminding me that it's the rainy season in Shenzhen and it's better to carry an umbrella when going out. I was really touched by their service. I'll definitely be strongly recommending this place to all my friends in the future. 🌹🌹

We specifically booked a panoramic night view room, but upon checking in, we found that what they called a 'panoramic' room actually had half its view blocked by a building directly in front. This seriously contradicts their 'panoramic' claim. On top of that, the soundproofing is terrible, and the hot water takes ages to come on. If this room cost around 200 yuan, I'd say it's acceptable, but paying nearly 400 yuan for this kind of service is completely unacceptable. I feel cheated! I chose this hotel because of its high ratings, but this experience makes me question the accuracy and authenticity of all those positive reviews!
