Overall the place was nice and super clean. Apparently everything is new. Minus point is they didn’t put enough back up tissue in the bathroom.

Read mixed reviews some giving top reviews and the others very low but I thought I would give it a go anyway since it is close to our family. I would say it is like staying at a friend’s or a family’s place. Didn’t feel like a service apartment. By this I mean, if you expect it to be spotless or immaculate, don’t. If you expect the cups to be washed, it will not. If you expect the bathroom to be super clean, it will not be. Ours had mould and a damp smell. Both rooms had strong cigarette smells and cigarettes burnt marks on the floor even though it was advertised as smoke free. I asked the cleaners to give it a good wipe down and it wasn’t at all and the smell lingered till we left. The sofa for some reason had part of it ripped out. There was dried caulk dripping out of part of the walls. Not done to a high spec, not cleaned even to a normal spec. Trash was thrown outside the hallways and the receptionist asked if it was ours when it was the other residents. Saw another resident staying for a short while with a big dog. Not great for people if they have an allergy. There are building works happening opposite. The first stay, they started work around 6am which didn’t bother us since we have kids and wake early, however on another night, there were works going through all the night. Thankfully the kids slept, but I did not. On another night someone randomly pressed our door bell at 12 am. Not pleased and woke up the kids. Not sure if we were unlucky and happen to get one of the rooms who weren’t up to spec but we won’t go back.

This apartment is located at Qugang Station. There are large shopping malls and supermarkets at Exit A. In terms of transportation, you can take the subway and get off at Xuggang Station. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from Exit C2. If this is a serviced apartment, I believe it is of a lower level. 1. The front desk is far away from the room, which takes about 10 minutes. You need to take the elevator to register in Room 2105, Building C. 2. The toilet and toilet in the room are very thin, and it is difficult for a fat person to close the door and turn around. 3. The overall cleanliness is very poor. The position of the tank and the water drain are not clean. When taking a bath, the floor will be flooded and must be cleaned by yourself. 4. All cups have tea stains 5. The towels are stored in the plastic box, but they are not completely dry. 6. Non-smoking room, but there is an ashtray. 7. The room view is the site view 8. There are still people working on the site at night, so it is a bit noisy. 9. There is no special reminder to guests on the Internet that the fitness room is still under renovation and cannot be used. The kitchen appliances in the room indicate that there is a microwave, but there is no one. You need to go to the front desk to use it, which feels very inappropriate. 10. There is only one small 24-hour convenience store near the apartment, making shopping very inconvenient. 11. There are 3 rolls of paper in the toilet, but all of them are small. Except for the good service attitude of the staff, the rest of the hotel-style service is not felt. This hotel is scheduled to open in 2024, but its facilities cannot keep up with the newer telephone plugs. The price can only be described as low cost performance. The only good thing is that the bed, pillows and quilt are more comfortable. Personally, I think this place is more suitable for a family, and is more suitable for self-driving tourists and slim guests who don't have any requirements for accommodation.

I have stayed here many times. This apartment is located near the commercial district and is surrounded by large shopping malls, including Wanxiang Food House, Baoneng Global Plaza, and Baoneng First Space. The facilities are complete, the room layout is reasonable, the furniture and appliances are complete, the room is also equipped with air conditioning, water heater, refrigerator, and most importantly, there is a high-definition projection screen, which is really a great enjoyment to watch movies at night! In addition, the service of the apartment is also very good, the staff is friendly and thoughtful, and they are always ready to help guests. The apartment is kept very clean and tidy, and the safety measures are perfect. During the stay, guests can enjoy a comfortable living environment and thoughtful service, making people feel at home. Overall, this apartment is a very cost-effective accommodation option, five-star praise, five-star praise!

Although the room was not as big as expected, the mattress was very comfortable and the overall sanitary condition was good. The only complaint was that the bathroom tape had serious water stains and black edges. But it will be my first choice next time I go to Sungang.
