We had an old friends' get together Mid August at this brand new resort hotel. MGM indeed gave us some awesome surprises upon check in. Manager Bonnie is super professional offering very helpful information for our stay. Check in was smooth n efficient. The hotel is rather remote yet close. (Subway within walking distance.) One drawback is that nearby recreational facilities are still under construction. Having said that, yet , the private beach n restaurants together with activities inside the Hotel are well n good enough to keep us busy. Low floors offer excellent beach n sea views. Don't miss the evening MGM show at 7:45pm. Great for families n young children. Chinese restaurant has delicious n sumptuous meals at reasonable prices. Italian restaurant has fresh salad n tasty pizzas. We had such a memorable 2 days one night vacation there. Big salute n Thank you all the MGM staffs in Shenzhen.

The view from the balcony is amazing and the equipment also cool, the environment and design is also meet the standard of MGM In a short, will come back again next time.

Very new beachfront hotel with friendly staffs. Sparkling clean room. Too bad some of the amenities aren’t available yet. Will look forward to visit again when the sea aquarium next door is open.

The great project of the motherland allowed me to take a trip to Shenzhen to experience the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Channel. The environment of MGM Hotel is very good. The rooms are clean and sanitary, and the design is very high-end. It is 2 minutes to the beach, with clear water and fine sand. The buffet seafood dinner has unlimited supply of lobsters and long-legged crabs. While dining, you can also enjoy the wonderful performances by the pool. The breakfast samples are exquisite and delicious. There is a bar on the 18th floor at night! There are free drinks everywhere. No hotel can be so willing. It is simply a vacation choice. I can't help but comment immediately. The front desk customer service lady Barbara's service is very personal, and the gym lady LIlyWANG is very attentive and thoughtful. 100 points praise MGM, and I will definitely come again.

I have always liked going to seaside hotels in Shenzhen. I have tried many hotels in Nan'ao and Dameisha. This time I will try the newly opened MGM. I was very impressed by the entire staff of the hotel. First of all, the lady at the front desk with big eyes and a gentle voice helped us check in politely and explained the hotel information in a concise manner. Then every employee in the lobby, the employees on duty at the beach, the employees at the pool door, the restaurant employees, etc. all have friendly smiles, giving guests a sense of intimacy and making them feel at home. The hotel room is also very surprising. The sea view as soon as you open the door is very healing. I look forward to coming to this hotel with my family for vacation next time.

This trip was to take the baby to Hong Kong for vaccination and to book a Hong Kong nanny car to pass the border in Shenzhen, so I found a hotel in Shenzhen and took the baby for a vacation. We stayed here for four days and three nights, and the overall experience was okay. 🏨Hotel surrounding facilities: There is a construction site near the hotel, which is still under construction. It seems that the aquarium is still under construction. Driving in and feeling the vicinity of the hotel is like entering a construction site🏗️. There is still construction downstairs near the back of the hotel (although there is no noise), but it looks like it is not ready yet. 🏨Hotel facilities: The hotel lobby, restaurant, and room decoration are still good. After all, it is a big hotel and newly renovated. The room decoration smell is not very big, and the floor corridor decoration smell is still very obvious. The hotel is not very big, lacks landscaping, and has few entertainment facilities. The public area is two swimming pools. There are bath towels and free mineral water next to the swimming pool. There is also an outdoor children's slide area and a children's outdoor water park (relatively small). There is also an indoor Little Lion Club on the G floor (for children to play in the ball pool) and an outdoor children's playground on the 3rd floor (climbing slides and the like). If the children come, it is still okay to play, because after all, children like to play in the water. If adults come, it may be enough to play and watch the sea for a day. 🏨Hotel room: The room we stayed in this time was a selected sea view twin room. The quality of the hotel bedding can be improved. The pillows are all soft. I am used to sleeping on hard ones and it will be a bit uncomfortable. The room provides a coffee machine, a small tea can, and a small refrigerator with free drinks, as well as free snacks of potato chips. The space in the room is quite large, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there is a bathtub for a bubble bath, which is enough for a family of four. Each room in the hotel is equipped with a balcony to see the sea. The only difference is the height of the floor and the different perspectives of the sea. 🏨Hotel service: Check-in is during the peak summer vacation period, so you need to wait. The hotel's services are quite good. The hotel customer service department will respond promptly to any requests. The children's services are also very complete, with children's slippers, children's bathrobes, children's shower gel... The mineral water in the room is also unlimited, which just reflects the reasonable price of more than 3,000 per night. 🏨Hotel breakfast and buffet dinner: Breakfast is served from 7 am to 11 am. The room price we stayed in includes hotel breakfast. Breakfast is on the G floor. There are many and rich breakfast varieties. When I had breakfast on the first day, due to the high occupancy rate in summer, I had to queue up for breakfast at 10 o'clock. It took half an hour to queue up. This was the first time I encountered such a situation in a hotel of this level. Later, I reported this problem to the hotel customer service department. The hotel catering department should take timely countermeasures to open more breakfast areas instead of letting customers queue up to eat breakfast due to the high occupancy rate in summer. The breakfast food supply is not good, but queuing for breakfast is really the first time I have encountered it. After reporting to the hotel customer service department, we were given fruits and desserts and the hotel customer service asked us to go to the executive lounge on the 12th floor for breakfast. The breakfast variety is much less than the breakfast on the G floor, but there are fewer people. The hotel buffet dinner is purchased at the hotel. It is usually 458 yuan per person. The quality is quite good. There are many kinds of seafood cold dishes. There are almost all kinds of crayfish, crabs and conches. Drinks are free. You can experience it when you stay. 🏖️The beach outside the hotel: The beach at the door is a public space and does not belong to the hotel. The sand is fine and the sea water is clear. The beach outside the hotel is not a designated area for swimming in the scenic area, so you can’t swim in the water privately. You can only play in the sea water, dig sand, catch crabs, etc. If you need to swim in the water, you have to move to the next few dozen meters to play in the water area. In general, the four-day and three-night experience in the hotel was pretty good, except for the moment when I had to queue up for breakfast that day, which made me feel very unhappy. Later, the hotel solved this problem in time. The consumption of more than 3,000 yuan per night during the summer vacation is still a bit high, but the room rate is at least half discounted during normal times, and there are not as many people during the winter and summer vacations, so the experience of the whole process will be better.

We booked two rooms for a group of 3 adults and 4 children. The children like to sleep together. The guest arranged a connecting room for us. It was great. The bed was so soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation was excellent. The performances were wonderful, and the buffet breakfast was also good! There are many check-in spots, the scene is high-end, and the children don't want to go home after playing with various facilities. Niki Rosy and Barbara are great service! It's worth a second visit. I hope there will be more fun facilities next time I come, and there will be more check-in spots on the beach
