Amazing hotel and breakfast spread is excellent! Walking distance to 华强北 for all your electronic products. Very nice and clean room! Gym and laundry room are great and come with laundry detergent. Washing machine for your shoe too!

I had such a wonderful stay at Jianguo Hidden Hotel. From the moment I stepped inside, the atmosphere felt calm, stylish, and thoughtfully put together. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive, always ready to help but never intrusive. My room was spotless, beautifully designed, and surprisingly quiet — a perfect little retreat after a long day out. The details really stood out: comfortable bedding, great water pressure, and those little touches in the room that made it feel special. The location was super convenient too Overall, my experience was smooth, relaxing, and honestly exceeded expectations. I’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend Jianguo Hidden Hotel to anyone looking for comfort with a bit of charm.

The staff ladies at front desk are friendly and helpful. Room is big and clean, good lighting and strong aircon. Very glad that there is no smoke smell in the room. Strongly recommended.

Hotel was perfect. Sent quite a few Taobao there and the staff are really friendly for helping me to look for my parcels, they even helped me to return some of the items. Food delivery was sent by robot, what a cute experience! The only thing is I won’t recommend to stay in Huangqiangbei if this is your first visit to Shenzhen, maybe found somewhere around the cbd, it’s a bit crowded and messy outside of the hotel, other than that everything was perfect. Will definitely choose this hotel chain if I’m visiting other places in China.

A dedicated staff makes all the difference to any business, none more so than in the hotel business. That's the experience that made my short stay a memorable one. I cannot praise the hotel staff enough for their dedication to the customer. Polite, friendly, genuine warmth and professionalism from all the staff I had the pleasure to interact with. From the cleaners to the front desk, all displayed the care that went into the training and choosing of these wonderful people for their roles at the hotel. I have never stayed at a hotel in which I can call faultless, until I stayed here. Decor was subtle but surprising in its quality. Cleanliness is my bugbear and I couldn't fault it here. Facilities are extraordinary. Food is 10 Star in variety, presentation and quality. Such a broad choice too. salted eggs to toast and everything in between, Fruits were fresh, coffee, cakes, congee, cereal. even noodles, amazing choices and all delicious, Chef made every effort and the staff were diligent in their work. Laundry equipment, top notch, WiFi connection so you can be notified when your washing is finished, usage free, and the hotel has provided all you need. Steamers were very handy. Gym in the same room as the laundry, so You can get a few reps in and some kilometres under your feet while waiting for the laundry cycle to complete. The room (1319) was spotless, not a hint of cigarette smoke. Furniture in brand new condition. Beds faultless. Toilet and shower also spotless. No mould or hair anywhere. My Wife 😍 the hotel. The skyline from the roof, awesome, the Tea bar is something You must experience. All the photos etc. are genuine and untouched. Front desk staff are genuinely warm and friendly. A Hotel which deserves awards for it's exceptional approach to every detail you can think of and beyond. I'm being honest here. I want to be able to take the hotel with me for every place I visit. This is a boutique hotel with zen peaceful decor. The bed is comfortable and the room cleanliness is excellent. Front desk staff are friendly and hospitable. If the hotel can provide an in-room safe, that would give an added edge !
