The Hotel was very nice.I had a simple room without windows but the staying was relaxing and comfortable..The service very nice and Very Clean room😇.Also the location is very convenient,you will have many places near to you.The guest service dont know english but they always have an smile and desires to help you...I Recommend this place!!!👏🏻🤩

It was around 12 o'clock and I couldn't get through the front desk phone in the room. I was too tired so I took a rest. Unexpectedly, I was woken up by the sound from the corridor at around 8 o'clock the next day. The noise continued after 9 o'clock (the soundproofing of the room was really poor) When I checked out, I originally wanted to charge me more (because I was told when I checked in that I could check out until 3 o'clock, but they didn't hand it over properly) Then let me write a good review! I said this experience is really bad! Just say 10% off, then say 20% off, then say 60% off. In the end, I asked Ctrip to help me handle it, and then I went to the hotel to completely refuse to accept the account or deal with it. The attitude was also very bad. Ctrip called the front desk and the boy at the front desk deliberately asked the girl not to answer the phone. Later, when I talked to the girl at the front desk, the boy also didn't allow the girl to talk to her. My speaking attitude is so bad and insincere that I feel very uncomfortable!
