The hotel is not far from the subway station and can be reached on foot. Very easy to find. The sister at the front desk who checked in was very warm and thoughtful. 裝修風格很喜歡，房間內有足夠多的座位和小桌子，休息和吃東西不用坐床上，非常讚！走廊和房間浴室打掃也乾淨，洗手台是獨立於衛浴做在外面的，洗漱很方便！熱水和冷氣都足夠，設於二樓的24hr自助洗衣烘乾設施非常方便好用。

做完手術，訂了五晚的酒店，免得走來走去，整體感覺體驗非常之好。 酒店很新，用手機app已可以要求及享用酒店的服務，每天我都是訂外賣的，用機械人送餐非常方便。 有一點要留意的是：套房靠近馬路，所以晚上會聽到一些響安的聲音，如果是醒睡的朋友就要注意了。 很喜歡酒店的裝修風格，我的新房子也會參考，我很喜歡。

設施：設施齊全，就是看有洗衣房才選擇這家酒店，漢庭的洗衣房洗烘很方便，很多小細節很體貼。 衞生：很乾凈，沒有衞生問題，整個酒店都很乾凈。對衞生有要求的根本不用擔心。 環境：地理位置好，離深圳北很近，去香港等地方都很方便。旁邊的一些小店小攤東西也挺好吃的： 服務：服務熱情周到，員工都很真誠。

乾淨整潔，新淨及沒有裝修味。職員服務態度良好，各方面配套不錯，如附近很多食肆。由民治站步行8分鐘便抵達，交通方便。早餐方面，雖然種類不算太多，但總算不錯。值得推薦。

來到客房感覺非常温馨，典雅，一覺醒來非常舒服。設施雖然簡單但夠用，衞生、環境槓槓的！尤其值得稱道的是早餐，好吃、乾淨，雖不算豐富但絕對超值！
