Check-in was efficient and smooth, the room was spotless, and the service was warm and sincere! The design is great, and there's a good selection for afternoon tea and late-night snacks. Highly recommend staying here!

This Atour-branded luxury hotel far exceeded my expectations. The Zen-inspired lobby instantly made me feel relaxed upon arrival. At the front desk, you could choose your own aromatherapy scent, and the Le Labo toiletries and linen pajamas in the room were of excellent quality. The bedding was so comfortable I wanted to buy the same pillow! The location is also convenient; just downstairs is the KK ONE mall and a subway station, making dining and shopping effortless.

Although the bedside charging socket was broken when I checked in, the other staff members tried their best to help me change rooms and solve the problem. They even found my charging plug when I left it in the previous room later.

Overall, everything was pretty good. The breakfast had a great selection, and on weekends, you could even have it until 12:00 PM, which was perfect for brunch. The location is super convenient, with a mall right downstairs offering plenty of shopping and dining options. The stay itself was comfortable, and the room was clean and cozy.

The room was spacious. The toiletries and towels were thick and soft, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and of much higher quality than I expected. The hotel's location was also easy to find. Plus, there's a convenient parking lot!

I checked in at 5 AM, and the front desk verbally informed me that I could check out at 6 PM. However, when we checked out at 7 AM, we were immediately asked to pay for a full day. After some negotiation, we agreed to pay 400 yuan for a half-day rate, but they never mentioned beforehand that checking out just one hour late would incur a full day's charge. It felt like a forced transaction. Also, at 6:30 PM, I requested a charger from the front desk, and they said a robot would deliver it. We waited for a full 40 minutes, and it never arrived. The staff clearly lacks proper training. Promises aren't kept, service response is slow, and despite paying a high price, we had a very poor stay. I won't be returning.
