Received a free upgrade. Hotel room are super clean. Special thanks to the hotel staff that support in cloth cleaning and drying.

The service staff are polite and very accommodating to our request for late check out and helped us to freeze our foods. The room is clean and well stocked. Location is great. It is connected to Raffles City and MRT station.

Everything is good

I stayed here for 4 days and no complaints. Service was friendly! One of the receptionists are able to speak English, so it’s super useful for foreigners traveling to Shenzhen. The room was clean and had a really nice shower. Only issue was that I couldn’t find the breakfast area. Overall good experience.

I don't recommend staying here. I saw some comments saying they were bitten by mosquitoes, but I didn't believe it. I thought it was different for different people. But I tried it myself. Although they gave me three breakfasts, it couldn't stop the damage. It wasn't mosquitoes, I really don't know what it was. It was so itchy that I went to the hospital to get some medicine. The environment is in a building with offices and other things. Anyway, it's quite mixed.

The room was a weird one, with small corners and corners. It was not an exaggeration to walk 200 meters to the elevator. The bathroom was not separated into wet and dry areas, the TV was not facing the bed, the air conditioner blew directly to the top of my head, and the bed was only 1.5 meters. I have never stayed in such a bad Atour. Facilities: The TV cannot connect to the Internet. The staff came to see it once. It was connected at that time, but the network was disconnected again not long after the staff went out, and it happened again and again; the mobile phone could not connect at all, and it showed that the Internet was not available... I don't know what happened; one wall in the bathroom seemed to be fixed with tape; there was a sensor light at the door of the bathroom, which would occasionally light up even if no one passed by. Environment: After checking in, the room was very dark. After all the lights were turned on, it was still very dark. It felt gloomy and depressing; there was a window, but there was a wall outside the window; the sound insulation was also very poor. The children running around in the corridor at night and the voices of parents scolding could be heard clearly in the room with the door closed. In the morning, the noise of the renovation upstairs could be heard. Service: So-so Hygiene: The shower gel and towels in the shower room seemed to have no place to be placed and were piled together

The location of the hotel is very convenient, next to the subway entrance and next to the roadside, making travel very convenient. No need to transfer when coming from the airport. The room is very comfortable, the environment is clean, the layout is comfortable, and there is no discomfort. My first choice when coming to Shenzhen in the future

The hotel is in a commercial building, but you need to swipe your card to get to the room floor, so there shouldn't be a big problem with security. Although the room is not big, it is basically clean and comfortable. However, the only drawback is really the same as other people's comments. The route from the elevator to the room is too long, it's really like a maze. Although there are signs everywhere on the wall, I'm always afraid that I can't find the room or the elevator. However, since there are four people living together, there is only one set of bathroom equipment, which is not very convenient to use. So I only made the first bowl and changed to another hotel of the same brand the next day.

The stay was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was better than other hotels of the same type. The black tea at Atour was also very delicious.
