我很少寫差評，但這次太離譜了。預訂時，我明確要求了一間配有1.8米大床的房間，然而，當我入住時，發現房間內衹有一張1.5米的床，這與我的預訂完全不符。我立即聯繫前台，希望他們能解決這個問題，但前台的回覆讓我感到震驚和憤怒——他們告訴我，房間有大窗户就是這個房型，床小是我自認倒黴。我加錢住1.8m大床，得到的卻是1.5m標間？？？態度和處理方式完全不負責任，也不尊重客人的需求。
更令人不滿的是，我特別強調過不希望住在走廊盡頭的尾房，酒店還是安排了我入住尾房。
此外，房間內的設施也存在問題。牀頭櫃本應是成對出現，但我的房間卻少了一個。
酒店的服務和設施與他們的承諾嚴重不符，我無法推薦任何人選擇這家酒店。
