I thought the hotel in Guanlan would be a bit old. But this hotel gives me a very grand feeling. The room facilities and equipment are well maintained, and there is no trace of age erosion at all. The room is also very large and the windows can be opened for ventilation. Next time I come to Guanlan, I will give priority to this hotel.

I stayed in a room on the fifth floor, but the sound of karaoke downstairs lasted from about nine o'clock to more than three in the morning, and they were singing with a microphone. When they sang the high notes, I could even feel the slight vibration of the floor. At 12:30, I called the front desk to communicate, and the front desk said that I had complained before, but the complaint didn't work. From a personal point of view, staying in a hotel is to get a good sleep and rest during a short journey. From this point of view, I can only give a low score to the environment this time. Because this accommodation experience did not solve my most basic needs for staying in a hotel. I hope the hotel can effectively solve this problem in the future. Then there is the facilities. There is no big problem here, but there is a lighting problem in the room where I live. Specifically, as long as the switch of the corridor light is turned on, all the lighting will be cut off, and then the maintenance personnel must adjust the electric box to solve it. There was no big problem within an hour of my stay. But this problem appeared later. But it is not a particularly serious problem in itself. The lack of corridor lights has an objective impact on the overall lighting of the room, but it is not so serious and acceptable, and the service attitude is very good. So I gave it 4.5 points.
