Very good hotel, they even upgraded us to executive. Xiaozhou is very friendly to help us with the luggage’s etc

Room is clean and very spacious. Washroom is also clean and Shower is functioning well. Don't be down hearted by the way to their hotel entrance, as you will need to bring your luggage in a short walk from the main road. Front desk service staffs are extremely helpful n friendly especially Xiao Lai.

Good hotel staff very good services and specially 小赖. Recommend to everyone to this hotel ✌️and my view on my room is super.

Booked elegant single room, thanks to friendly front desk CS, 小赖 for upgrading us to Executive Single Room. Superb Location, 5 mins walking distance to 东门老街, room was big, clean n comfy, will definitely come back again.

Xiao Lai Convenient and good stay. Front desk is so helpful, nice and polite. Room was clean and is good that they help to change into a bigger space room.

Room in Ranz is very good, customer service is great, Xiao Lai- a good staff, who support me very good from check in, upgrade room, and weight a luggage. She is nice, also the whole service is great. Besides, the location is nearby many shops, malls, street food. You can try when come to Shenzhen

Our stay at RANZ was a very pleasant one. The original room given to us smells of smoke so I requested for a change. The receptionist ( very polite bespectacled young man) immediately walked me up to another room and let me inspect and made changes for us. Really appreciate it. The room is spacious, although it's written as Queen size bed but actually it is king sized. The mattress, pillows and blanket are very comfortable. The bedding is clean. The air conditioning is individually controlled, it's cold and the room cools down fast too. The toilet is also clean and basic amenities are given like toothbrush, cotton pads & ear buds, shower cap, shampoo and conditioner. The water pressure is strong and hot water temperature is good too. The bath towels are all bleached and individually packed, However, the lighting in the toilet is abit dim, which made it a little difficult to do your make up. The room doesn't smell of smoke at all even when you just switch on the air conditioning. The room is clean and has a little bay window. It also has day and blackout curtains. I stayed on the fifth floor, facing the mall, it's not noisy but of course you can still hear the honking of cars and ebikes which we are fine with it. The location is excellent! It's very near to restaurants, malls, pedestrian street, all within walking distance. There's also a sundry store just outside the hotel where you can pick up some water or drinks before going back to the hotel. Taxis are also readily available,just outside the hotel. Although it's a small hotel, the service is excellent. We are glad that we booked this hotel, making our stay in Shenzhen an even better one. I will still want to stay here and also recommend my friends to stay at the RANZ if we're in Shenzhen again. Highly recommended!

Friendly super nice front desk I always come back to stay. Just need to pay a bit more effort on the cleanings.
