設施：其實還行，就是設備老化，洗衣機用起來特別慢且噪音大，還會移動，空調相應得挺慢的，浴室也沒有乾濕分離，但是個人不是非常在意這個
衞生：還行，算是整潔，就是床邊的小馬有點臟
環境：書桌靠牆的牆皮有點要掉的意思，洗手間的鏡子旁邊也有一點老化跡象，浴室門關閉之後的鏡子照了部分的床，對面牀頭櫃插座晚上亮藍光，因為這個，導致本人晚上失眠
服務：終於説到了我最期待的服務環節，一開始被接待得挺好其實算是開心的，但是來到退房時刻，好像有點不盡人意了：首先，我是第一天的13:50到達龍崗區，入住時間如果我沒記錯大概是兩點半，但是第二天在經歷了晚上失眠，早起四點多搶票回去，持續地失眠，終於睡着時，十一點半左右被一位房東敲門敲醒，房東敲了兩下門之後立刻就開門進來，當時剛剛醒來的我有點迷糊，被告知説下一任房客已經到達，我要馬上離開這裏，非常好的態度，原來剛來的好態度是這造成的，受教

是那種私人承包出租的公寓，酒店前台和布草房都在其中一間房裡，入住靠微信溝通。辦理入住等了一個小時才説搞好衞生進房間。房間裏沒有提供瓶裝水，空調漏水，雖然在31樓，仍然有很大噪音。晚上12點多旁邊的房間密碼鎖壞了，修理了好久，吵得厲害。真的簡陋，200元一晚覺得不值這個價，唯一優點就是地理位置。
