The location is incredibly convenient, right next to Yan'nan Metro Station Exit B. There are plenty of great food options nearby, and a large supermarket just across the street. Although the hotel description says it was renovated in 2018, it looks very new. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were professional, efficient, and very friendly.

The location is very strategic. Close to many malls. Walmart is across the hotel. Many choices of restaurants around the hotel. Drug store, minimarket just next to the hotel. All the staff are very helpful. Cosy hotel room. I will come back again if I run a business trip here

The hotel room was very clean, and the front desk service was excellent. The complimentary breakfast was quite good; the chef was very friendly and even asked if I wanted extra dishes when I arrived late. The service was fantastic, and the front desk staff were also very welcoming. Luggage storage was convenient, and the hotel even has a laundry room, which made washing clothes very easy. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

What really impressed me was the room service. My clothes accidentally got stained when I checked in, and I just casually mentioned it to a staff member. To my surprise, they told me the hotel had a laundry room and immediately helped send my clothes there. They were returned to my room spotless and clean. This proactive and thoughtful care truly touched my heart – it was so heartwarming! The room itself was impeccable! It was spotlessly clean, every corner shining. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and the mattress was just the right firmness, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and odor-free, with all the necessary toiletries, making for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was also great; they had everything you could want. The restaurant staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting guests with a smile, and were very prompt in refilling drinks and clearing plates. All the staff throughout the hotel had excellent attitudes, were highly efficient, and were always responsive to requests without being perfunctory. The hotel is right next to Yannan subway station, making travel incredibly convenient, and the value for money is outstanding! This kind of warm and high-quality hotel is definitely where I'll choose to stay again next time I'm in Huaqiangbei!

Booked this hotel with friends. The location is great – very convenient for Futian Port and the high-speed rail station. The front desk staff were super friendly; check-in was quick, and check-out was just a matter of returning the key card. The luggage service is excellent too, with self-service luggage lockers which are really handy. The room itself was standard but very clean, no strange smells, and the bed was super comfortable with a soft mattress. The pillows were great too. The bathroom was spotless, with a good separate shower and toilet, and the water pressure was excellent. The Wi-Fi speed was also very good. The cleaning lady was very enthusiastic, and housekeeping responded promptly to requests, keeping the room very tidy. Breakfast was decent, tasted good, and was filling.

The cleaning staff were also very friendly and even helped with laundry (though there wasn't a dedicated laundry room, they could wash and dry clothes). This was such a convenient and considerate service, showing great attention to detail. The self-service breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including freshly cooked noodles, soy milk, coffee, hot drinks, and pastries – all nutritious and delicious, perfect for starting the day energized. The overall environment was quiet and comfortable, perfectly meeting my business travel needs. Excellent location and good breakfast. The walls of the rooms are not in the best shape( some renovations activities would be recommended). Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Five-star rating! We took our kids from Shenzhen to Hong Kong this time and stayed at the Home Inn Business Express (Huaqiangbei Yannan Metro Station). The entire experience exceeded our expectations, so I absolutely have to give it a five-star recommendation! The hotel location is super convenient, right next to Yannan Metro Station, making it incredibly easy to travel to and from Hong Kong, as well as explore Huaqiangbei and Dongmen. It really saved us a lot of hassle when traveling with kids. The front desk and housekeeping staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. Knowing we had children with us, they offered a complimentary breakfast for the little ones and thoughtfully provided kids' toothbrushes, slippers, and other amenities. These small details made our family trip feel incredibly warm and special. The room's cleanliness was top-notch—spotless, tidy, and odor-free. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the space was bright and spacious, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Overall, the facilities are new, it offers great value for money, and the service is truly heartwarming, far exceeding what we expected. It's perfect for both business trips and family vacations. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Shenzhen and highly recommend it to all our friends.

The room type this time was much smaller than my previous stay, and not quite what I expected. However, I reported it to the hotel, and their service was excellent. They immediately moved me to the same room type I had before. For a windowless room, turning on the air conditioning really improves the air quality. The hotel's location is also convenient, with a subway station right outside the entrance.

Facilities: The facilities are quite complete and relatively new. The TV, sofa, bathtub, and laundry room with a washer and dryer were all very comfortable to use. Cleanliness: Very clean. My room was tidied up spotless every day during my 5-day stay. Environment: The environment is excellent, and the soundproofing is good too. I had a very comfortable stay. Service: The service attitude is excellent. Any issues I had were resolved directly and promptly. Highly recommended.

The location is absolutely superb – right outside exit B of Yannan Metro Station, and directly across from a Walmart supermarket. There's an entire street full of great food options, making it incredibly convenient. You can easily walk to the Huaqiangbei business district, which is great for getting around and shopping. The room itself was clean, tidy, and odor-free. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, the hot water was consistent, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and checked me in efficiently and thoughtfully, even proactively recommending local eateries. The housekeeping auntie was also very friendly; she brought me plenty of bottled water and even took my laundry to the laundry room for me. I'm very grateful! I was lucky enough to get an upgraded room on the 10th floor, and it even had a Laifen hairdryer. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast offered a rich and fresh variety of options. The common areas were clean and elegant. This hotel is perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. The value for money is exceptional, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again the next time I'm in Shenzhen!
