停車不方便，比較擁擠，沒有專門停車場，收費停車，晚上比較吵樓下有歌廳還是啥一直有人唱歌，衞生一般，沙發凳子發黃發黑，床單顏色比較暗，衞生間洗手枱感覺一直沒擦過，無線網絡不穩定等等
