Hidden away on a back street, amongst car garages. No clear signage on how to get to the hotel from the entrance. Couldn’t access the hotel with the codes in confirmation email. Left fumbling outside to get a number to call. Check-in took forever as the guy had issues with logging a foreigner passport in. Booked 2 rooms for my parents & myself, my room had no water, no kettle, nor lights that worked in the bathroom. The ‘tech’ didn’t work. Bed was comfy and sheets clean but the rest of the room’s cleanliness was questionable from what could be seen in the dim lighting.

The third time I stayed here, the health insurance was very good every time. The young lady was very helpful and single! It's very close to Zhongying Street. It's worth going to Zhongying Street to experience the fun of shopping! It's very close to the beach, and it's great to see beautiful women on the beach!

The room was very clean and well equipped. No room card is required, you can easily enter and exit the room through the password provided by the hotel. The service is attentive, the bedding is comfortable, and it's a great experience. Will stay again if given the chance.

Check-in was smooth, the windows were large, the view was wide, and there was plenty of sunlight. The equipment is very considerate: latex mattresses and pillows bring good sleep enjoyment. The carpet in the corridor is soft and comfortable to step on. I will choose this hotel next time I come.

The room hygiene is very good, and the equipment is very intelligent. Use the door password provided by the hotel to enter the room, the curtains will automatically open, and the ambient lights will automatically adjust according to needs. The service is excellent and not perfunctory. The room was very comfortable to stay in. Worth staying again.

This is a shop I like very much. It is located near Sha Tau Kok MTR station. It is very convenient for traveling. It is only a few hundred meters away from Chung Ying Street. I can just walk there. Especially the hotel. I like it very much. The room is big and there is a work desk. It's very warm, the linen is very new, the shower is hot and cold, especially the service staff at the front desk, they are very enthusiastic, I like it very much, I will stay here again next time I come here, hahaha

Except for Xiaoqiang in the whole room, the little robot service in the unmanned hotel is actually broken! Scared my baby to death! The button service in the hotel room is also broken! ! 🤪 Fortunately, you can still find someone at the front desk when you go out🙏🏻 Otherwise, there is no help in the world🤪 As a result, I checked out the next day after staying one night and had to book another hotel! ! ! It’s a waste of time and money! 🤨 It is quite responsible and allows early check-out and refund. Finally, I would like to mention that the automatic vending cabinet for ** supplies [picture attached] is placed in a prominent place in the room...is the positioning of your hotel...it has devalued the style!!!

The bed is comfortable and the place is clean. However, there is no one at the front desk. Hong Kong people need to wait for the front desk to come out to check in.

On the industrial floor, there was a smell of smoke. I tried the door code a few times but couldn't open the door and had to call customer service. The environment was okay, but the sanitary conditions were not ideal. I saw a lot of hair when I went to the sink. But it’s cheaper and more convenient.

Even the light in the bathroom was broken, so I had to take a shower in the dark, let alone the rest!

The environment is so-so, the automatic sensor lights can't be turned off, when the air conditioner reaches the temperature and the solenoid valve is turned off, there will be a sound of water from the pipeline, and then the bathroom light will turn on, and it was shown all night. Adjusted the temperature of the air conditioner several times

Improve the decoration of the room, and the automatic light. When sleeping at night, only the footlights have a sensor. It will be more humane, because too bright will affect other sleeping roommates. It’s just a small opinion.

The external environment of the hotel is bad. It was refitted from an old industrial building. There are car repair shops and warehouses downstairs. Parking around is also very inconvenient. The roads are narrow and full of randomly parked vehicles. The room environment is acceptable and relatively large, but the facilities are also outdated. If it weren't for running a marathon and being full of people everywhere, I wouldn't spend 400 to stay in this express hotel.

Why is this hotel so bad? It’s actually a small hotel. There’s no signage on the way from the 1st floor to the 5th floor. People saw one for a long time. When they arrived at the front desk, there was a small table with a computer. Basically, there was no service. Check-in You have to call to come. The facilities were old when I lived there. The so-called smart is a few yuan sensor light. The important thing is that this light is very sensitive. It keeps switching on and off when sleeping, and there is no switch to control it, let alone sleeping. The next day I called to give feedback. The customer service said to arrange someone to come over or handle it by myself. I was 3 meters away from the ground and let me handle it. Just make a phone call, don't mention the delivery of medicine, this hotel let me stay for free, I don't want to stay a second time
