酒店大堂環境很優美，大堂工作人員貝塔很温柔，面面俱到，幫助處理問題很到位，房間清潔衞生也做的比較到位。

自助餐種類一般， 除了床鋪和 書桌較為乾淨外， 牆面還有廁所 牆和 窗邊 特別感到很多灰塵。 前台櫃面員工有，禮兼且走的時候送贈一個小禮物

地點一般，是鄰近紅山商場，但步行過去要10分鐘的路程，而距離地鐵也要10-15分鐘的路程，是比較遠。由深圳北站去酒店，打的的，要8分鐘。
服務一般，沒太好、沒太壞，而價格不算平宜。
至於房間設備，唯一要說是洗手間問題，馬桶有塞的情況、另外有一間房的洗手間好嗅、像爆了屎渠。而其他房間沒有的。因為這次旅行，家人們一次訂了5間房間，所以知道分別。

前台服務員一般般，訂房姓名看錯是另一位，差些給錯我們別的房間; 清潔姐姐好好人，很照顧我們。
房間尚算可以，唯走廊較暗無冷氣較焗。

酒店旁邊有一個鬧市，充滿人間煙火，來啦這邊一定要去看看，我一般出差都是來這邊很是安撫心，熱情貼心服務也很是喜歡，訂的房間很是喜歡，這邊的早餐有粉面 甜點，水果 粥菜都很不錯這裏位置也是很好，房間很安靜很喜歡，離附近的商場和高鐵站都很方便，二樓還有一個24小時的健身房。
